Saphira Showing Off Her Assets

Corny title? Yes.\r\nOverused? Absolutely.\r\nSexy as all hell, and there's nothin' you can do about it? You bet your ASSETS! (Y'see how I brought that joke back around? Heh, that was good.)\r\n\r\nSaphira is property Adam Fullerton.\r\nArtwork is © 2006 - 2007 Adam Fullerton.\r\nDo not redistribute!

One of several conbadges I did at AC. Never got the chance to scan the others I did (although there are still two pending completion). Made several full color badges, and several more B&W badges (what we've branded as the "Cheap-Ass Conbadges"). They were big sellers this year. ;)

Wandering Trials Promo Poster

Promotional piece for Wandering Trials. Issue 2 is nearly done as of this posting. :)\r\n\r\nThis image was also used on a custom t-shirt I made specifically for AC '06. Might just consider makin' more of 'em, now. ;)\r\n\r\nEric (aka Pegasus) is property of Adam Fullerton.\r\nArtwork is © 2006 Adam Fullerton. Do not redistribute!

My half of an art trade with LadyFoxGlove. This is her character, Solon. This pic took me forever to ink. But, all in all, I'm really proud of it. :)\r\n\r\nSolon is 2005 Lynn Smith.\r\nArtwork is 2005 Adam Fullerton.

You're looking at a clean (text-free in other words) version of the back cover for the upcoming Carpe Diem Annual, which will be on sale at AnthroCon 2005. The actual back cover does have some text on it. But, you'll have to go to AC to see what I'm talking about. ;) On top of the back cover, the annual also features a 12-page story written by me.\r\n\r\nAs a side note, I'm proud to say that it will be the only story written by someone OTHER than the comic's creator, Graveyard Greg.\r\n\r\nThis image may also be made into an available separate print. We'll see if that happens. ;)\r\n\r\nBurt is 2005 Graveyard Greg and Gaby Fullerton.\r\nArtwork is 2005 Adam Fullerton.

This is a piece I did as a contest entry. You'll notice the "signature" at the bottom shows by my initials and those of my wife, Gaby.\r\n\r\nI did the initial art and the base coloring in Photoshop. Gaby then stepped in and did the shadowing and all the background work (which is why this one looks as good as it does... trust me, it wouldn't look NEARLY this good without her help, at least where the background is concerned).\r\n\r\nComix and Lady are both 2005 Kat Nicholson.\r\nArtwork is 2005 Adam Fullerton and Gaby Fullerton.\r\nDo not copy or redistribute!

Here's this year's Cake Portfolio submission. :) This is a whole new coloring style for me. Could use a little practice at it. But, not bad for a first time if I do say so myself.\r\n\r\nSaphira is 2005 Adam Fullerton.\r\nDo not copy and/or redistribute without the artist's written consent!

Image: Melsa_color.jpg   402x633 100905 bytes 2005.02.02

First pencil sketch I managed to refine just by coloring it in Photoshop without having to ink it first. I'm pretty proud of how this one came out, as well.\r\n\r\nMelsa (in both forms) is 2004 Melissa O'Brien.\r\nArtwork is 2004 Adam Fullerton.\r\nDo not redistribute!

Image: khajja_color.jpg   441x517 92337 bytes 2005.02.02

Conbadge piece I did a while back. The finished version had a purple background very similar to this one, and also had room for her name.\r\n\r\nKhajja is 2004 Kat Inman.\r\nArtwork is 2004 Adam Fullerton.\r\nDo not redistribute!

Image: gigan_final.jpg   459x720 141677 bytes 2005.02.02

Commissions piece I only JUST recently fixed and finished. The background could have been better. But, I still like it.\r\n\r\nGigan Tyrell is 2004 his player.\r\nArtwork is 2004 Adam Fullerton.\r\nDo not redistribute!

Image: frisket_color.jpg   544x720 160704 bytes 2005.02.02

My entry for a contest that frisket17 held last year.\r\n\r\nThe contest guidelines were to illustrate her and her boyfriend's characters using the following lyrics:\r\n\r\n"I'd shape the rain and strip the rainbow's colors apart for you."\r\n\r\nThe prize was a character of my choice drawn by her. She liked it so much, she's doin' a second piece for me. :D\r\n\r\nFrisket is 2004 Melissa O'Brien.\r\nNall is 2004 Tyler Barg.\r\nArtwork is 2004 Adam Fullerton.\r\nDo not redistribute!

Image: cake_final.jpg   482x648 95283 bytes 2005.02.02

Piece I did for the 2004 Cake Portfolio. This is also available as a print for those that are interested.\r\n\r\nYou can find it at my other online gallery:\r\n\r\nN.X. Eve is 2004 Adam Fullerton. Do not redistribute!

Image: WTcover_issue1.jpg   408x630 94714 bytes 2005.02.02

The cover to my first issue. It went on sale for the first time at Further Confussion 05. While the print run was only 30 issues the fact that it sold out, especially considering it's relatively unknown currently, is something I'm pretty proud of. If you'd like more info, feel free to email me! :)\r\n\r\n"Pegasus" is 2005 Adam Fullerton. Do not redistribute without the artist's written concent.

Piece of fan art I did for a webcomic my wife has been working on with Graveyard Greg recently. You can find it here for the time being: -- The panda's name is Burt. The giraffe is Josh. Both are 2004 Graveyard Greg and Gaby Fullerton. Artwork is 2004 Adam Fullerton. DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE!

Image: whisper_maverick_color.jpg   364x576 87231 bytes 2004.02.02

Finished colors for a commission piece originally drawn some time back. I finally came up with a version of the colors that I could live with. Hope ya like!<br>\r\n"Whisper" and "Maverick" are both 2004 Shiela Thompson. Artwork is 2004 Adam Fullerton. Do not redistribute!

Image: eve_color.jpg   421x576 111052 bytes 2004.02.02

More recent version of the "vixgun_c" pic that shows up elsewhere in this directory. I fixed the muzzle and recolored it in Photoshop, including a background in the process. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this one, even if the background does oversaturate the pic a bit more than I intended for it to. "N.X. Eve" and all artwork involved is 2004 Adam Fullerton. Do not redistribute!

Next step in the process for this pic. Not sure if the guy who requested this will want it in color or not. To be honest, I don't think I'm gonna want to color it. The contrast works great this way. Behold, line art with an actual BACKGROUND! (You don't get that much with me.) ;)

Image: 20030316.jpg   576x576 94948 bytes 2003.06.26

This is a piece I did as an anniversary pic for Wandering Trials. I'm pretty happy with it, even if it's not completely finished (there are still two other characters I need to add in). But, hey, I'm happy with it as is, too. ;)

Image: peg2002_ink.jpg   468x648 93688 bytes 2002.07.15

Promotional pic I did for Wandering Trials. I'm currently working on a lineless version of this one. It's taking a LOT longer than I thought it would. >_<\r\nPegasus is 2002 Adam Fullerton. DO NOT DISTRIBUTE!

Image: nevergoodbye.jpg   499x672 98760 bytes 2002.05.30

I've been receiving a LOT of requests to ink and color this pic. And, finally, I found myself at a point where I was ready to ink it. Hopefully the colors will be done in fairly short order. In the meantime, you'll notice that I changed the name of the pic. That's because things have changed an awful lot since that drawing. And, my feeling now is that I will do anything and everything to prevent another scene like this from happenning again. It's happened twice in my life already. A third time would probably kill me.

Image: coverink.jpg   468x707 156033 bytes 2002.05.30

An early incarnation of the webcomic that I'm currention showing online. This was a mock-up cover idea that I had. Originally, I'd had the idea to feature my wife's character, "LadyKam" in the storyline. That changed, however, as her character's background changed. I didn't want to interfere with that, so I dropped her from the story until we could find a place more suited to her making a guest appearance. Also, if the guy at the bottom looks familiar, let me first say that that was accidental. ;) Then, let me point out that, apparently, he seems to resemble an arch-nemesis of "The Avengers" who calls himself "The Mandarin". I was still working on the character design at that point, so that unintended coincidence put me back to the drawing table almost immediately. ;) "Pegasus" and "Strobe" are both 2002 Adam Fullerton. "LadyKam" is Gabriela Fullerton. DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE!

This pic is very important to me. It's the first drawing I did that was used to declare my love for a woman that I'd known at the time for over 2 years. She's very special to me. After all, she is now my wife. ;) Anyway, this pic was done just a few days after we both decided to give a relationship a shot. :) And, yeah, I wrote the poem. ;) Hope you all like! :)

Image: tawa_ink.jpg   438x648 88231 bytes 2002.05.30

This is a request I did a few months back for a friend on the Dragon-Tails message board. (And, no, I'm not talkin' about the PBS series. ;P) Eventually it will see color. For now, just try to imagine her as an orange hamster (which is what she's supposed to be) with blue tiger stripes. The kimono is red with white borders (if I'm recalling the color scheme correctly). The pattern on the parasail (hope I spelled that correctly) was done in PhotoShop, 'cuz I just didn't have the patience to draw it out that way. >_<

Image: snowdance.jpg   468x615 140160 bytes 2002.05.30

This took me several hours of time in PhotoShop over several days time. :P I only had so much time in a day that I could devote to it, unfortunately. But, the end result is quite satisfying. I think my only problem with it would be that the snow seems to cloud the final picture a bit more than I would have like it to. But, overall, it came out quite nicely. So, I'm not complaining. ;) Image is 2000 Adam Fullerton.

Image: snowdance2.jpg   468x616 57785 bytes 2002.05.30

Here's the same pic with all the main colors, snow effects and background removed. What remains is the shadow effects that just seemed to work for this pic.

Image: pegbypaulink.jpg   432x692 97406 bytes 2002.05.30

Okay, admittedly, this was not originally drawn by me. It was INKED by me, though. The pencil sketch that I did this ink job for was originally drawn by Paul Ryan, an industry pro who's drawn such mainstream comics as Fantastic Four, Aquaman, Superman, The Avengers, Iron Man and several more that I'm probably not aware of. ;) I asked if he could draw this for me 'cuz we go a ways back when he taught a "Beginners Comic Art" course back when I was in high school. Ever since then, whenever he sees me he says, "Hey, I know you... You were in my class! You were a PAIN IN THE A$$!" Good to be remembered for something, I guess. ;)

Image: nihaokammycolor1.jpg   504x622 97676 bytes 2002.05.30

Granted, it's an old pic. But, I still love the way my wife did the coloring for this one. She's a goddess with Photoshop, that's for sure. ;)

Image: Kammystic_color.jpg   424x540 90392 bytes 2002.05.03

FINALLY got this one colored! After something nearing (if not exceding slightly) 15 hours in Photoshop, over several days, I'm willing to consider this pic DONE. I'm really happy with the way this one came out, too. One of the best coloring jobs I've done so far, in my opinion. :)

Image: 20020321.jpg   552x700 146034 bytes 2002.04.01

Page 3 of 3.\r\n\r\nWhy the lack of color? Well... I'm not gonna make it THAT easy to find out. Just keep readin' the comic. You'll notice a little bit of color bleeding into the story as it progresses. You should be able to figure out why I do it that way if you pay attention to how I use it. ;)\r\n\r\nWanna check it out?\r\n\r\n"Wandering Trials" is 2002 Adam Fullerton. Do not distribute!!
