Hee, My contribution to these amusing 404 files all over this archive. Dunno the nuances of how they work but they're nifty nontheless. I don't like working with a mouse, But I'm learning. tend to use line-tool a lot.

I don't work in pencils often, But this older piece was a fave of mine, Just the shading and general look of it. I didn't really sketch this one out. Just did my usual make-it-up-as-you-go-along routine. Seems when I don't sketch and just drawwww I tend to come out with better concepts.. I'm funny that way and my head is broken.\r\n

This picture was another test of how fast at the time I could sketch, Ink, Color and finalize a picture. all in all this took me roughly 30 minutes total at the time to finish. And it doesn't look as 'naughty' as it could but that's alright by me. Is supposed to be a romantic type pic.. :P Gelpens and PhotoShop talet colored.

This picture was an attempt at basic cartooning and one of the first furs I've done, Being a scaly artist primarily.\r\nDid this one at one of the Ottfur meets when I was living thereabouts. Also a sample of my then-obsession to use the Canvas texture filters in PhotoShop.

Green.jpg

One of my favorite coloring jobs I've ever done that wasn't stolen away by an evil person. (lol) gelpens on sketchbook, Prismacolor Scholars to color.

JournalAddy.jpg

Picture of Adragan (Me!) which I put together for my LiveJournal icon and just about any other place I need a personal 'wallet' pic. Note the pencil behind the ear, Had to add that in later 'cuz I forgot it. Gelpens, wacom tablet coloring and some PS5 trickery. Adragan is naturally (c) Courteney E. Evans.

Ahh, The older days. When I had little to no bloody idea how muscles are supposed to look and dynamic drapery was over my head.. Mind you, The more I worked on muscle mass and placement, The less I learned my posing and the results (If you see my newer stuff) is semi-more believable characters.. In tatic, Boring poses.. (g) All in all, Shading on the metallic arm and general pose I was proud of with this one. Pilot Ballpoint on lined paper.

Mommy.jpg

This was a pic I entered in a contest HollyAnn was holding for Mother's day awhile back. I really liked how the coloring of this came out in Photoshop. again, Far too much usage of the canvas texture filter but, Hey, I'm learning.\r\nI didn't win but I'm still very happy with how it came out for the most part. Mother n' child. :}

RedDrak.jpg

Red Dragon sitting on a grassy field. Grass consists of several fore and background layers of 'creen clouds' which I attacked with the fingersmear tool. If anyone notices, I forgot when inking to hide one of the horns beHIND the hair so both horns are on the same side. D'oh!

WolfBoy-C.jpg

Started out as a pancil sketch and I decided to throw it into Photoshop and try my hand at coloring and 'ink'ing it with that. It came out pretty cool tho the shirt-lines kinda suck IMO. And check out the fun-kayyy backround! :D
