For years I have designed items and later found someone had already implimented it somewhere. So through frustration of SONY's tight0lipped approach to their new PSP I have gone ahead and designed it myself. I want to see if they release the PSP and if it looks similar to my designs. This model runs on the assumption the PSP will used 3 inch discs like the Gamecube. Its slightly larger than the GBA and has a larger screen as well as twin analog controllers, D-pad and four main keys and four shoulder buttons (not shown)
	Image: psp_5i_concept.jpg 500x300 35708 bytes 2003.10.26 This is the second model which takes your standard 5 inch discs which makes the unit larger, almost the size of a PSone in fact, but bulky like a X-box controller (which will upset alot of kiddy gamers ^..^) Using the 5 inch disc you can be backwardly compatable with PS games as well, basicly making this a portable PS. Same controls as usual, but no rumble feature. While this unit is large, almost as large as the SEGA GameGear, it wil be as powerful if not more so, than the PSone. And portable. (Porbably chew up hte batteries cos its a CD drive but SONY have experience with power efficiency on Discman and MD players so we can expect decent battery life)
