I saw on the #Vagrant website that they wanted characters who are religious leaders, so I thought an interesting spin on that might be a character who has severe and sudden seizures in which he has crazy hallucinations, which he percieves as visions from God. He probably has a small following of some kind. The blue band on his left arm indicates that he is a member of the Water Guild. I also like characters who have a kind of blase attitude, so despite his hardcore epilepsy and cult like following, he's kind of a jack around sort of guy who doesn't really care about much. So, I gave him a kind of playful, smarmy expression and pose.
