I had a bear with several tribal markings approach me in a dream one night, a few months ago. He asked me to help me find the bones of his ancestors, which I did, after much searching. When they were located, he bowed and said "Thank you", and the dream ended, leaving me with a feeling of strength and self-worth that I'd felt the whole time I was with him. *smiles* I never forgot him, or the connection I felt with him *shows rawhide bear pendant* ~_^ Or the return visit in another dream...

I may do another version of this, since it's not quite what I had envisioned when it came to me the other night. But, I still like it, even if--*chuckles*--I had major charcoal problems...*turns in a circle, showing several smudges on her shirt and pants*

Inner Demons #3

Finally uploaded more Inner Demons stuff ^^;; This is #3, aka the one that shows when there's a feeling of pride or majesticness. Alright, for those that can't tell (and 'cause this pic's not in color) it's got several of the major elements in it. The tails are Water (the ball to the extreme left), Plant/Earth (the vine, duh), Fire (the flame in the back), Electricity (the lightning), and Ice (the flame to the right of the rest). Its body is sort of metallic in appearance (Metals), and its wings are Light and Darkness. The elements weren't always there in this number, but I added the group for the purpose of this pic.

Inner Demons #1

Ever have the feeling, when you get a strong emotion, that there's some beast inside you, ready to rear up and become you? Alright, so that's a bad description ^^; But that's the reasoning behind a new mini-series of drawings I'm doing, based on images I get in my head when I feel different ways. So far there's only 2 scanned, but there should be more over the weeks....hopefully.

#1 is Primal. This is the one that appears in my mind when more basic instincts and natures try to roar to the surface.

Anyway, you guys should know Oroko by now. But who is that on the right? I'll tell you. Remember a bird-like demon char I uploaded a while ago, named Crimson? That's him. Except now he's Crimson Braeden, feline(ish) demon extraordinare. And one of my Furcadia alts.

No, you're not seeing things. He's got 4 ears. And his torso is scaly.

I messed up on Crimson's right leg and right forearm, but oh well xD And that around his wrist is a rainbow-colored piece of cloth.

Alright, time for explanation. Lately I've been wanting to draw a Pokémorph, but haven't been able to decide on the species. I wanted to use one that's NOT used alot (aka Pikachu, Meowth, Mew, etc). I picked Wartortle. This unnamed morph's look is inspired by Miroku (Inuyasha always puts me in the best drawing moods :P). And the staff is all wrong, but it gets the point across.

Filename explanation..I was thinking of what to name it when I scanned it. I thought of "Milk_and_turtle_soup" (Milk from Miroku, and turtle from Wartortle). Then I thought of the name it's got now xD

I don't know if I'm the first, last, or only one, here, but it's not like I really care. He was one of my favorite actors, and that's all that matters. The pic (including the badly drawn flaming chef's hat) refers to "Three's Company", though I have seen him in other things. But that will always be the first work of his I saw, and will always be my favorite.

I have raaats! ^_^ Got them answering an ad in the paper. So now I have 4 female fancy rats ^^ Their names (rather....original ^^; ) are:
Freya - white with gray head and back
Tifa - white with tan head and pink eyes
Elena - all gray
Yuffie - black and white

They are so cuddly and cute, and love to be held. Freya is a good shoulder-sittin' rat :P

I've done Arty in the style of Spyro, DBZ, and Pokémon, so naturally it's Hamtaro time! :P I coulda imitated the style of Hamtaro if it wasn't Paint, but oh well ^^; Kinda looks like Panda though, oh well.

Both this pic and the trio of SpyroStyle.jpg were brought about by looking at some of Sam-Clements art, and wondering what similar ideas would look like in my style. Plus, as far as this one goes, I watched Hamtaro this morning, and the theme is going through my head right now ^^; Anyway, some credit goes to you, Sam :P
