Hispera is an imaginary land where many of my "mythological" characters live. I just wanted to be able to give them more background. So now they have a home. Prismacolor pencils and some solvent.

First I penciled in the vixen, then I toned the paper with colored ink (windsor newton) and then colored the vixen with Prismacolor pencils on top of that. I had to iron the paper a lot since it warped a little, but the ironing really worked pretty well. Figured I ought to draw some more foxes anyway. They're really beautiful. :)
