Nothing remarkable here, just some angry naked vent art. I do them from time to time. Something to get my artistic juices flowing again. Still working on commissions just to note. Just been stressed for a while, i know its not a reasonable excuse although true.

Matauki is one of my very first characters i made, let alone wolf character. She means ALOT to me, Ive had her with me for a good portion of my life. But haven't drawn her in years. I used to roleplay as her on a forum back in the good ol' days.Alot of history there, as well as a humongous storyline that i wont get into.

Finally got around to this shit. An ultimate ref sheet for Ashes. I actually got real lazy with this despite all the information. Used an old ref base i made years ago and redrew it with the new design and features. Also took some tid bits from Ashes old feral ref. But i still bet i forgot something lol I'll probably see it later and get pissed off more then i should.

Some quick vent crap. I hate drawing chains, so i kinda half assed em. But oh whelps, vent art is just that.

Yay new scanner! Art progression!

The way this drawing kinda got fucked up, was that i didn't avoid letting the watercolors crumple up the paper to shit >.< so, blurry bits here and there that i attempted to fix somewhat in photoshop. oh well, its cute none the less.

Silly thing of my bughead dogs Sadie and Richie. Two of the most spoiled mutts in the world. And they damn well know it!

I also dig Sadie's ONE LIGHT TOE that she has out of all that brown and black. She's a weirdo, like her momma.

Sooo um, my new character Skyler. This ref is beyond detailed, probably exceedingly so. But i needed an equine character because i need to draw them more often. And because ishaway and jet3270 inspired me to do so with their awesome horse arts. Unimportant note, his penis is covered because it obviously isn't a big part of his reference. Just know, he has a human-esque penis, because big horse dongs scare the living shit out of me.

He sorta seems part satire of a generic candy raver furry, and part representation of youthful fun times. Whatever way you wanna look at him.

Sometimes, you just gotta draw the sappy stuff. Especially if you love someone a fuck load. He's been there for me when know one else was. Through thick and thin, with immense tolerance and kindness. Appreciate what you have, everyday. Don't take love for granted, and be thankful you have it and the person who gives it to you.

New character I guess, named Traffic. Inspired by havocpwns's character Taxi. Cause LOL @ a red squirrel with traffic cone colors (well besides the darker rusty orange accents anyway). I'm not sure what the hell i was thinking with the background. It was fun to do in anycase. Used some photoshop filters over failed watercolors, hence the weird stitch like shading around him. Oh fuck well.

He wears suspenders and is gay and likes jazz because i said so.

BAH! No matter what i do, in whatever format i save it, it still winds up saving with a red-ish hue. Photoshop doesn't show it as such though. She's more of just dirty brown colors, not pinkish beige and what not D: *bickers*

Anywho, iz timess for fourth DURsona :P This is quickly done ref of Cécile, kinda of a doggy version of me. Ashes has basically turned into a monstrous beast, and i needed a character with more dog like attributes. She wasn't meant to look so wolfish, more mastiff like, but oh wells! I needed a char to draw along with my other doggy/wolfy furrrrriends.

I may tinker with her design in the future. For now, this be her.

A quick updated references sheet for Sona. Not much has changed other then the hair being shorter and blonde. The colors scanned kind of off, but you get the point. I didn't add any color swatches because as long as the colors are close, i don't care much.

Sona is basically an anthro or "furry" representation of me.

I finally finished this O.O; as lazy as i was on some parts of it. Tons of info on there about Banka. Some of it might be confusing, she is a really freaken weird thing. I tried making her as versatile as i could because i want to be able to play around with the way she can be drawn. She isn't very nice, kind of a mix in personality between the alien hybrid in alien resurrection and pumpkin head.

As for the "screwed up things" that come out of her incision, I'll leave that up to your imagination. Please go draw her, eating children or whatever to you want. As long as its gory or disturbing or both :)

Am going to get to commissions, no worries. Just trying to get back into the swing of things again.

I'm not used to using a tablet, or drawing digitally at all. So ofcourse the lines are all jagged, but eh practice is practice. Kinda quick and something to do to get my mojo going again.

Yeah, it's one of THOSE drawings. But oh well, atleast there's blood in it. Sona's colors are a bitch to capture traditionally, i tried to use the saturation tool in photoshop to get close to the pale tan coloring on her. So I'm not offended if people play around with the darkness or lightness of her coloring a bit.

Anywho, going through a rough patch and needed to vent. Some symbolism in there with certain things. But i won't bore you with that. Enjoy the confused glare and gaping wound in her chest.

Random sketch doodle of Banka. I haven't even finished the ref sheet yet. I guess I'll dive into a little bit of information, that I'll likely repeat on the reference anyway. She tends to look different in each drawing i do of her because she can basically manipulation her own DNA structure (lol scientific explanations for artistic license) which can result in her having extra eyes,limbs,horns, or whatever. Or sometimes she may seem more reptilian, while other times more mammalian in appearance. Basically explaining why i may want to draw her differently, and give others freedom to draw her how they perceive her as well. It'll change with feeling, but I'll get more into that at another time.

She just ate something, or threw something up, whatever you want to think.

Work in Progress for a reference that I'm working on. It's of a new and third persona of sorts. I cant decide on shit lately, but this seems to fit well. She/It is a demon, and there is a reason all three drawings of her look different. I'll explain more about that when i finally finish the thing. I'll move this to scraps when i'm done.

Mutilated boobs...

I finally got her how i think i want her to look. She is big, bulky, and bearish looking. Slightly demonic as well. I like big werewolves, i am big, so is werewolf Ashes. She is about 9 feet tall, 400 to 500 pounds give or take. And yes, she will eat babies, and your mom....and a puppy.

Doodled this on the way to Branson, Mo (Fun place Btw). Some demon hell hound of sorts. With goat like features. May name him and use him again one day, was pretty fun to draw. As for this picture, i don't know what much else to do with it besides showing you good people. Could have done more, chose not to.

This is Sona. Now Ashes isn't going anywhere, or gone. Sona is rather half of me. But will most likely be drawn as my "anthro" self for now on. As i want Ashes to specifically be a wolf or werewolf rather then a furry representation of me. I'll make an anthro version of Sona at another time.
Thanks to Mel alot for redlining the body, i don't know much about feline bodies and need to practice. She as well inspired my feline side to take form and "come out" more.

Wait Whats this?!

Ok Ashes has gone through some changes over the year. Had them progress in my mind and didn't get it out. But i made her form suit me more. A few main changes on the face, some orange in the yellow eyes, more Grey markings, yadda yadda you can see it on the sheet.

Anyways, the paw looks weird. And the shading is plain, but i don't care because its a reference sheet. There ya go!. New Ashes

Sona Doodles

So I'm at Jay's without proper drawing tools aside a pad and a pen. I doodled some heads of my lioness form. Yeah they are crack doodles, not proper, but fun none the less. And yes, the brow piercing is on the wrong side -_- go me!

I decided, for now, that although Sona was originally my wolf name, i shall leave it as my lioness name. I thought it fit for now. Ref for the lion form coming soon.

Something I actually doodled back in January. For my boy because he was feeling a bit sick so i was feeling a bit sad. But he's all better now. Yay!
