Happy Anniversary!

For my husband, Kasan. November 1st is our anniversary, and this makes six years for us. It's been a bumpy ride, but I don't think I'd want it any other way.

Black and White Banrai

Playing with my set of cool gray markers. Just sketched out and colored, a style inspired by something that my good friend Korrok did.

Doodled this while watching a backlog of Biography specials, then mouse colored while doing the same. Really just venting some frustration out, but man does it feel good to be a monster sometimes. :P

I'm not sure if the pastel coloring quite works with it, but I suppose it doesn't really matter now, eh?

Moon Goddess in Marker

I haven't really settled on a name for her yet, but I am leaning towards the one written there. She's the moon goddess of Astian, and a blue phoenix. At night when it's dark and everything sleeps, she opens her third eye, and the light that it produces is the moon, from folklore.

These stupid moleskin sketchbooks don't take marker well at all. So frustrating.

Daaa smoking, finished

Not much else to say about this that I didn't say on the sketch. Daaa, one of my much older characters. She's a cheshire cat-lemur hybrid. With no pupils. And she likes to smoke. And guns.

A khood

Just something I've been toying with over the past few weeks while I watch TV or whatever. I've only ever drawn one of these guys before, and that was years and years ago. I've finally settled on a name for the species, they're called the 'Khood'. They're draconic, obviously, and size wise... well, there was actually more to this piece but for this scan I chose to crop it off.

Venting, Part 1

There's a lot of really terrible, stressful things going on right now in my life. My anxiety is worse than ever, and some... very hurtful things have happened to me that I don't really want to go into more detail about, but if you know me you probably know what's up.


This is meant to be a bit messy... I guess it sorta translates how messed up I feel right now. :|

This is Lillith, she is a pacifist and HATES war, and always goes to protests. She loves music, and is never seen without her single-side earphone, that way she can always hear whatever is going on around her without having to sacrifice not hearing her PLUR rave music. Her favorite colors are pink and purple and she LOVES stars. She has horns because her mother was a demon dog (possibly a hell hound). She's outgoing but stubborn as an ox and will always tell you her oppinion NO MATTER WHAT.
