Aww. She's so happy.

Okay, so I took out most of the words for this, partly because I don't want to give away any of the story (not like much happens on this page anyway) and partly because my handwriting is a joke, especially when mapping out comic pages.\r\nI totally love the Polo and his victory sign frame.

I really like this one, so hopefully I can finish working out the hands (touch up the feet) and get the background looking good.

Three design sketches for "Gyro" - a giraffe/african spotted otter hybrid. The one on the left is the latest, and my favorite in regards to hair style (she's missing her spots.) The two on the right were very (first) basic, sloppy sketches to get spots down.

I was working on side views. Also I had an EXTREME urge to draw pawpads. =3 They're far from in the correct place, though. Whoops. I sketch too fast.

A not-as-plump-as-usual Marco. Well, he is actually moving in this one rather than parked at a computer, so maybe that's why. I really need to flesh out his belly though, it's just not Marco without the pudge.\r\nI want to finish this one so I might gank the sketch when the coloured version is up. Yay for finishing art.

Early design sketch of Ogawa, a Japanese River Otter (kawauso) - a species believed to be extinct. Thusly, he comes from the past! Anyway, this is his "permanent outfit" - black turtleneck, jean jacket, hot pants. Here you can clearly see his tail swirls, but he also has swirls on all four paws.\r\nThis is, by far, my favorite design of his hair.

Original idea sketch for Tuamao. At the time of drawing this one, he had no name, no purpose, no nothing... just a species and a gender.

Drew this in late spring, I think - I love it when the weather is warm enough for shorts during the day, but it gets cool in the evenings and you need to pull on a sweatshirt.

Polo is my, uh, "emo boy." That is, he's an enourmous dork and a bit of a loser. Nevertheless, he's a cutie. (I've since met The Real Life Polo in the halls of my school, and he is indeed a dork, a loser... and TOTALLY hot. Funny how that works.)

I inked this while sitting for three hours on my highly delayed plane. =P In fact I went through and inked all the sketches in my sketchbook just because I'd already read all my reading material and played video games until I was seeing multi-coloured Yoshi's do a crazy dance.\r\nSo yeah. It's Polo, kickin' it. Originally this was a Squad picture but I never got around to drawing in the rest. =P

Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, na na na.\r\nSketch for whynot. I'm pretty sure this is already in the inked stage, actually - at least partially. But this is how a lot of my sketches look. This one is pretty clean, comparatively - since it was drawn in the tinytiny corner of a sketchbook page as trash, I didn't work out the legs very well. Bleh!

I might never finish this one, despite how much I like it... I just can't come up with a good idea for the pose. So unfortunately, it'll probably be retired into the eternal sketch pile. Sigh.

It's a squirrel! Really, it is. He looks so... un-squirrely. He kinda has a bear look to him. x_x Oh well, first design sketch after all... he still has a long way to go. Including gaining a name beyond "Polo's buddy." =P

Three different styles... still trying to figure out what I like best. I think I like the right one the most.

Doing little doodles at work is about the only "artwork" I get to produce these days. Or little sketches during class, but that doesn't count. This was done with a blue pen, then with a black pen, then a black marker, and then a red marker. *nod* She says NYAH at werkies.
