Diet: unknown

Few animals of the Crystal Forest have been catalogued, but one of them is the Twye. This huge bird, although capable of flight, mainly moves on foot. Their strong legs make the excellent runners and climbers. Male and femals Twyes cannot be differed from their looks nor most of their behaviour. Since no nests or egg shells have ever been found the odds are high that Twyes are actually giving birth to living offspring.

Ugh... so ... kitschy... *twitch* but somehow cute.

Fluffy German shepard and a fluffy Colourpoint Birma. I'm not sure, but I think the reference I used mainly was a Seal Colourpoint or something like that? Pretty cat, in any case.

I like how this turned out, except of the moon. He has got a dent, cuz I was hungry and ate a piece. Yumm...

Minmi-Amazon

When you think of dinosaurs you think of names such as "Tyranosaurus", or "Velociraptor" or "Triceratops"... well... and then there's "Minmi". X3 Minmi Paravertebra, to be precise. This name stuck with me so bad, I had to so something with it and since my "mature" panel for AC needs to be filled a bit more and I wanted to do something curvy anyway... err... I am rambling.

Anyway... have some big Australian Paleo-lady! Enjoy. *pokes her outy*

I don't know if I'll manage to finish the other two tiny things for AC in time... may head is working against me so far though... but I'll try...

The colour flow from red to black in the reddish strains of his hair got a bit lost, but I hope you can still guess it's there.

I would have expected that this one would take me much longer than Doublestar, but in fact I finished it rather quick. O.o

This started as a really random doodle on a sketch pad and I thought, "Hey, this looks actually really cute." I don't know if I have ever drawn a "decent" bunny picture, except of the two In Memoriam pics for my babies.

Mousse (as in Mousse à Chocolat) is a plushy I got a few years ago. :> He's modelled after a breed called "Dutch".

I think I might do pictures of my other bunny plushies as well, namely of Amber, Pepper, SevenFifty, Snowball and a new, still Nameless little fellow.

Miniature Wildlife of Ileyeah

This is a collection of eight little pieces that I will bring to EF with me this year. They are all rather small and they are definately my cheapest pieces (besides the pocket dragons), as I drew them mainly for fun and because I felt like drawing some of my critters again. If they sell it will be kick ass, if not, I know enough people who will enjoy those.

The critters on the picture are: a Camuron (first black and white piece), an Omu (the one loosing its wriggly spaghettis), a white-muzzled lemur, a Doncar (the little beaked fellow feeding himself), a Bloppard (the otterlike fellow in the middle), a Blarf (the odd Schnautzer guy ^^), a family of short-tailed glacier-trunkers and -last but not least- a male leaper.

Northern Lights

Veeery creative title... I know. X)

A piece from last year that I have revamped. He was one ugly fellow last year and nobody wanted to have him, so I told myself I would try to give him some cosmetic surgery here and there and make him... well... less fugly. *g* He still has some flaws and he still looks better from far away than from a short distance, but I am happy I worked on him again.

Btw. sorry for the picture quality. As the piece is 28*17 inch it somehow would not fit into my scanner. *g*

Bloodi, Okami Style

I had finished playing "Okami" a whole while ago but didn't manage to finish my planned game review nor any art considering it. And I don't care if you roll your eyes about this being fan art. :p I like doing fan art once in a while. Hrmpf.

I thought about what a celestial brush technique Bloodi might represent and I thought it was suitable to let him be the god of chains, immobilizing enemies, fixing stuff and so on.

That was really a fun piece to do. :3

Oroonoko, the Gate Keeper (revisited)

This is my attempt of colorouing an lineart from 2007... and you know what? I am actually glad I didn't colour it back then, because I dare say I am very very happy with the result. My friend :iconPatriX: was helping me out with how to place light and shadow with this one, so alot is owed to him!

Pillow Lounge

It's the female counterpart to another piece I have done. When I had finished the lineart I was standing before the problem of not knowing how to colour her. I didn't want to give her bis scales as I gave him and any colourscheme I could come up with was boring, so I just added some swirls to her skin, because one can never have enough swirls. ^^

The reading circle

Once in a while I force myself to draw a picture only with pencil and this is the result. It's my harpy-gryphon Feslex, teaching some forest animals how to read. By the look in his face though the bunny seems to be either be really bad or keeps on skipping/ repeating lines constantly. My old man doesn't seem to approve of either of that. xD

It's a shame I didn't manage to fit him into the page completely and cropped off his wings. *sighs* Working on composition I must! *shakes fist*

This rusty red colour is my favourite among all husky fur colours.... mrrrr... I probably should not have her coloured like this, because now I really like the picture and it will be harder for me to seperate from it. :/

I have the veeeeery suspicious feeling I might have been inspirated to draw this by a picture I saw somewhere before, but I couldn't recall any specific pic. >_O

Can't really tell wether I like this one or not. I hink it turned out ok, though kind of... average. Nyak. Like the idea nevertheless.
