For the "Symphonies in Fur" Portfolio. Picked the song "Room of Angel" by Akira Yamaoka.
Decided to try my paw at acrylics again for this one. Still need more practise, but it looks ok to me.

Symphony in Spots
Another acrylics on canvas painting, this time on smaller scale though. Got the idea for it after drawing --> http://bloodhound-omega.deviantart.com/art/ACEO-Golden-Tabby-Tiger-118542529
I was playing with the one or other different technique with this piece and I hope Klimt forgives me for abusing him as an inspiration for something as trivial as this. Trivial or not... I like this piece... very much. It is incredibly close to what I had in mind when the idea struck me and that's really rare....
So there... have some dots.
And squares...
Will be for sale at EuroFurence 15.

Had the urge to draw my little bat-eared DJ Fox again.
Even though Noodlz is pretty young and rather a Raver he loves the Asian culture... and he loves tea. ^-^
The colours are a bit off. It was dark when I picked the colours. >_>'''
I know, the table and the wall-thing in the background are completely oblique and uneven. Fucked that up when I inked the picture.
Oh and don't mind the rainbow coloured bracelet of him. Noodlz isn't gay. He only likes the colours. ;D

Keychain Templates - Chart 1
I am having trouble to concentrate on "decent" art lately, so I finally pulled myself together and started working on something, I wanted to do for a while: templates for key chains. :)
These pre-made motifs will soon be available for sale (that is, exceot of three of those you see in this chart). Slight alterations and re-colouring will also be options, but I will not offer this service publically, before MMC is over. Besides I owe it to my sketch commission clients to work on their art first. ^^ I already printed out a few test examples and I am really happy with the outcome. :D
These are sooo much fun though and I definately want to create more races!

Temple Dance
A rather large picture for the EF art show (almost twice as big as my regular art and quite a piece of work).
The architecture in the background drove me mad and still it looks like a piece of... eh. >_< I will never learn it, I guess. *sighs*
Anyway... the pretty tiger lady is designed after a figure of an Indonesian dancer. And this time I even added the whiskers. ;D

There's random tiger thrown in there, regular cheetah as well as king cheetah, regular leopard, snow and clouded leopard as well as jaguar.

Miniature Art of Ileyeah - Tidae vs. Leaper
Drawing "Sons of the Desert" was like licking blood... >,< I seriously miss dwelling in Ileyeah, my critters, my hounds... for the time being though small art related to them will have to suffice.
This piece has the size of two ACEOs put together and there will be one more like this, only desert themed. Which reminds me that I probably should continue my MAoI ACEO series at some point.
Anymoo... These are two Tidae hunting down a female Leaper. Tidae are (next to Bloodhounds) the most dangerous predators in the plain lands. Moving in prides they can even become a serious harm to fully grown Hounds.

Tigers
Two small anthro tiger protraits. Will be for sale at MMC 10.
They will be rather cheapish, since I mainly drew them to try out my new pencils and have something to tug into my tiny wodden frames. o.O
His head sadly turned out so... small. ^^;;;; Makes him look somehow young though.
In case they don't sell at the MMC I will probably send them to AC, if there's anybody interested.

I am so tired... I could sleep all day...
I'm too tired to colour this one...
So many things I pay attention to.... it's so exhausting. And though this attitude broke my neck -and- my heart I tell you one thing:
If you do not pay attention to the small things in your life, if you do not appreciate even them as something special you will lose them before you realize it.
Seeing things as obvious will make you more pathetic than I ever was...
In this case a happy Valentine's to all Morons who need a special reason to tell someone that they like him...
Sleep... I need sleep...

Yey! My first picture on the VCL! ^_^
This is until now my best furry picture ever. It shows my Lioness,
which has got no name yet; that's why I only call her "The Treasure Huntress".
Maybe you can help me finding a nice name for her?
Well, in fact this is the second picture I made of her. Here you can
see how I imagined her to be: A mixture of Indiana Jones and Lara Croft.
She just travels through the world and digs and climbs and searches.
Just like the name says. ;-)

My exotic animal of choice for the AC art show is the Aardvark. :) I thought about drawing at least one animal of each latter of the alphabet over the following years. It feels like a nice idea.
Sadly I must say, that the original picture looks more promising than the scan... especially the sky, which took me ages to finish. :/

3rd Entry for "Bloodi's Anthropomorphic Alphabet of Excotic Animals". Spectacled Bear for "S". Now finally live and in full colour by myself, after kittomer kittomer did an amazing colour job in it. :)
That makes the letters A, B and S done, while I have G inked. Gosh... why do there have to be so many letters in the Alphabet? XD I am determined to bring this to an end though, even if it takes ages!
Had this one finished last week already, but I am trying not to swamp your watch accounts too much. Ain't that thoughtful of me? XD

988x748 110417 bytes 2003.04.29
This picture bases up on a book by Garry Kilworth I have read last year. I think its original title is "Midnight's sun".
The so called Omegas in the pack are called Utlahs, Ravenwolfs. They are outsiders, because they act crippled, because they are weaker or simply different.
I thought this might as well work for Weres...
This one needs to fight for each bite of food. He needs to struggle against all the other wolves in the pack and his only companions are the Ravens.
Actually I dislike drawing with "soft" pencils, because I smear with them a lot, but I thought it was necessary to create a full spectrum of shades. I like the little Raven who' standing next to the Were's front paws... I like Ravens and I really put a lot of effort into drawing them. I'm not used to draw Avians though...

The Utlah II
This picture has been rummaging in my head for a while now. It's a remake of this piece I made 8 years ago.
http://bloodhound-omega.deviantart.com/art/The-Utlah-1741673
Even though I like my original piece from back then I felt it lacked … something. The Utlah was just standing there like a big chunky gorilla, watching emotionless to the left. I felt like improving the piece, conveying more of his social position through his posture, his facial expression a.s.o.
I left out a background and positioned him in the left lower corner to have the white empty space as an oppressive element, hovering over him. That way it's up to the viewer's imagination what he's really scared of.

After I spent... I dunno... ages for that bloody rock he's hiding behind, I didn't have much patience and ambition left for the wolf himself and I think you can kinda see it.
It still turned out ok, I think.

Oh my... Aubrey Beardsley would probably turn in his grave, but his art is just too delicious not to be maimed by another art experiment of mine. X3
This little forest cat lady is only about post card sized, rather smaller than that and done in traditional media (with minor photoshop twinking to get the black look more solid).
I am tempted to a male counterpart named "Le Pew" buuuut then this kitty doesn't look like Penelope at all, if you get my drift. ^^
She will be for sale at this year's MMC.
