This was the first piece of furry artwork I did for sale. She ended up
with a somewhat Elfquesty look to the accessories... Pen and ink on

Festival Snack

Guess which famous dancing couple this picture is modeled after? There's
something very snazzy about a fox in a tux. Markers and ink on Bristol
Board.

One of my earliest furry works, this was based on an ukiyo-e print. The
lantern is one of the kind that hang outside restaurants in Japan to
proclaim their wares - this one reads "udon," a kind of noodle foxes
are known to love, particularly with deep-fried tofu (which is why
when they are prepared that way, they're called "kitsune udon." Markers
on Bristol Board.

My husband (who, I should point out, is a God among men) gave me Prismacolor
pencils for Christmas; this was the first thing I did with them. I was
fortunate enough to visit the Golden Pavilion in Kyoto (Ginkaku-ji) some
time ago, and used one of my photos as a source. This kimono-clad fox has
traversed about 3/4 of the winding path around the Golden Pavilion and its
lake, and has paused just behind the temple for a rest.

Well, she's just another vixen in Daisy Duke's - or so she appears. Actually, drawing her got me over
a 2-month artistic "dry spell." So I think she's pretty special! Pen, Markers,

This has been sitting on my back burner for months; it was originally supposed to go to Further Confusion, but then I realized the mat would cover too much of the picture. Little Ballerina Fox

A kitsune shrine-maiden stands in front of her shrine's holy tree. The
wand of paper is often used in Shinto ceremonies, paper being considered
sacred, and the rustling sound it makes pleasing to Shinto spirits.

This is a furry "portrait" of my daughter Rachel with the teddy bear she got
for Christmas. We don't own a striped couch, though. Ink and colored pencils

my favorite pair of shoes - sassy, but comfortable, and secure enough to
