Hey folks. A new pic! a male for all you people who are into that. Actually he is pretty good looking for the same sex I'd say. Anyhow, he is just hanging out. Apparently he is getting high. Wait! No kids, forget that. ...He is actually just holding a burning ember so it doesn't fall onto the carpet and start a fire. Got to think about fire safety. Kids, when you find burning embers make sure you pick them up so they don't burn your carpets!
Standard pencil on paper. (whoa, mechanical pencil even...)

dmaltar.jpg
Image: dmaltar.jpg   408x626 105115 bytes 2002.12.15

This pic looks lousy, in presentation. It would be so much nicer if I hadn't started shading it with a soft pencil then changed my mind... it just looked so horrible... and really doesn't look much better now. But, if you look through all that, you can see it's potential, what it might have been... I like the design of the altar as well.

backarch.jpg
Image: backarch.jpg   644x428 72596 bytes 2002.12.15

She is stretching, in some strange way... I tried inking the outline and then shading it like a standard graphite drawing, and it looks ... different. I'm not sure if I like that style. What do you think?

Shit. This looks like.. er.. crap. An experiment gone bad. My advice to you: take your lousy first-grader crayola markers and toss them into a blender. Make a crayola slushie. Because that is a better use for such garbage...
Well, I admit. Maybe I just don't know how to utilize the 5 or 6 colours the set had. They are hardly transparent though... lucky for me at least, the red you could see the ink through. But this pic would've been much nicer if I hadn't coloured it. I do really like the pose...

snakehyekal.jpg
Image: snakehyekal.jpg   696x474 158230 bytes 2002.09.23

My first snake! Not the focus of the pic, but it's in there! Can you spot it???
She is a hyekal, the name I have given my species conglomerate. Don't laugh now! I like the name. Oh, and I forgot to mention, she is a goddess, which explains the fact that she has no irises or pupils - a standard supernatural stereotype. And also, because she is a goddess, if you laugh at the name you shall be smitten!
Some of the markings on her rump and thighs are artificial (dyed fur?) But her spots are natural.
Ok, you get the picture. Hyekals are (c) Canis_Major.

crying.jpg

"The Dignity of a Whore" it says. Aside from the lousy scan... (I forgot to put a blank sheet behind it, hence the dark square... plus my old scanner was dying at the time.) ...I like this one somewhat. Poor kitty :( (Yes, I did a kitty, woo!!!)

conjurer.jpg
Image: conjurer.jpg   371x570 130750 bytes 2002.09.21

A Lame-o centauress. Well, she's actually not that bad... I hate the grass though... she ought to stop wasting time with the butterflies and transform herself into a full-fledged horse so she could graze the grass into oblivion. That'd be nice... Drew this at work when they weren't looking, hehe.

Yes... 'twas Multi-Grain Cheerios (tm) I believe. I should've figured something was wrong when the box kept wiggling.
This pic I almost put in the sketches section, because it is kinda sketchy, but, I love it like my own child, it must be on display!!! Drew it in music class as a senior. Fun times.

Here she is in my first attempt at CG colouring. I learned from the experience, let's just say that... Future pics of this style should look more refined.

vixenwolf.jpg
Image: vixenwolf.jpg   366x616 73913 bytes 2002.09.21

Alright. Another mediochre inking. For some reason, it appears that I never erased the graphite underneath... *shrugs* This is an odd pose I think, I wonder how easy it is to do that...

yummy.jpg
Image: yummy.jpg   694x393 134939 bytes 2002.09.21

An oldie but goldie and quite yummy indeed. I used to have this tacked up on the ceiling above my bed - had many wonderful dreams as a result ;) That is, until my mother told me to take it down cuz my grandmother might be offended if she happened to glance in, lol. I could do whatever I want with my room now, since my mother no longer lives here, but I don't feel like putting things on the walls.

waiting.jpg
Image: waiting.jpg   399x511 78085 bytes 2002.09.21

Nice and simple. Everyone's got to have a few simplistic illustrations, eh? I don't really know what she (or I) was waiting for. It looks like she awaits the arrival of her swashbuckling mate on his corsair full of anthropomorphic animals. (sounds like something out of Redwall, heh) I have utterly and completely disowned the pointy waves in this pic... Whoever claims ownership of them ought to be keel-hauled through Boston Harbor behind a garbage scow.

playthingies.jpg
Image: playthingies.jpg   732x531 147434 bytes 2002.09.21

Eh. It's got its goods and its bads... Unfortunately, I think the original is destroyed. Even if I don't care for a pic a whole lot... I hate it when that happens. Lesson: don't give your work to your irresponsible girlfriend! Tell them to go make their own. Or, if you are male, then your little 'man-brain' will irrevocably force you to tell them "How about we instead enact the scene right here, right now! Slip on the pleather, biiitch!" ...Ok, done with that... heh.

mino3.jpg
Image: mino3.jpg   551x711 165600 bytes 2002.09.21

A freaking minotaur type beastie. I'd like him better if his head wasn't so big, but what's done is done. Perhaps that's the way his species is? I hope not. Let's all agree it's a flaw in the camera's lens... yeah. I do however love the background in this pic. Eh?

forest.jpg
Image: forest.jpg   389x493 92520 bytes 2002.09.21

Not the greatest scan, but... pheh. This wolfy representation of Depressed-Canis is going to bleed himself to make the creeping darkness go away. Or maybe just make himself go away... I like this pic even though it may look sketchy. I felt like a million dollars after I finished it. Maybe I'm bi-polar :)

dreamer.jpg
Image: dreamer.jpg   432x536 103060 bytes 2002.09.21

She was doing schoolwork I think, but... as you can see it didn't get finished... or even started. She's got something else on her mind I suppose. One of my favourite Inkjobs, yay!

minotaurio.jpg
Image: minotaurio.jpg   393x521 151470 bytes 2002.09.20

He's got a sword, a sheild, n some beat up old armor... He's the one, the only, Minotaurio!!! Ok, that is just the crap name I devised for the file because it wouldn't let me save over my read-only file 'Mino2', but you hopefully get the idea.
I was originally going to kindly stick our friend Minotaurio in the sketches, but I decided to edit out all the smudges and he looks better. (he is very smudged IRL...)

anabelle.jpg
Image: anabelle.jpg   784x617 209147 bytes 2002.09.20

A few years old, but still one of my favourites I think... Took FOREVER to do all the shading. Hmm, the scan-line is visible. I didn't notice that... oh well.
I think there might be some kind of 'Annabelle Gazelle' character somewhere, but I don't know for sure. If there is I doubt she is as sexy as mine :)
