Also, for those who know ballet - I know that her leg is supposed to be turned out from the hip, but I call artistic license 'cause the leg at that angle seems to me to be much prettier. :)

Consider this part of my 5% of off-topic work. (Though I could argue it's only half-off-topic. ;) ) 100% OpenCanvas painting and I saved the .wpe if anyone is interested.

Circe, my kitsune, in a snowy place in the mountains. Done in OpenCanvas. :) Verymuch do I like this.

My kitsune character, Circe Pathos, and her sentient-flame, Foxxfyre, walking on a certain Great Wall. Circe is wearing actual ancient Chinese armor (I know, because I looked it up!)

I'm thinking of making this into a print. Let me know if you're interested. The original file is mmuuch larger (and thus more detailed) than this, I just shrunk it down.

A picture I am incredibly proud of. :) Jeff and Shae were first colored with markers (mostly Prisma), then the whole thing was colored with Prisma pencils (thanks Strike!). Finally, I added more blue to the water with Photoshop, because my inexpert experience with the pencils had 'muddied' the water badly. Oops. Then I used Burn to darken the shadows on Shae's hair (because the scan ate them). Now you have pretty much the whole process of my completing this picture. ;)

I can't seem to get in touch with Ebonhawk - his email keeps bouncing. If anyone knows where he is, please have him email me so I can confirm his snailmail address?
