Cover for Chucky #3

I'm not as pleased with this as I was with the cover for Chucky #2, but it still turned out nice. The books were a bit of a bitch, more tedious then anything else. I love how the cashier turned out though. It's like she's saying, "Fork it over stinky, and your bunny friend is next."

Saith Ice

Cover for Chucky #2

What an annoying pain in the ass this was, but it sure turned out nice. So here's what the cover for Chucky #2 looks like. I'll probably tweak the positioning of a few things before I consider it completely finished. I hope this image isn't too 'busy' with all the background detail.

Chucky and Adam are supposed to be the main focus of the picture, with the background only establishing a little theme and setting. But I wanted to throw Ian in there too since he becomes such an influential part of the story.

Skunkie for Mom

I did this for my mom. She's attempting a stained glass window with a nature scene and wanted a skunk in there, so I came up with this cute little guy. He's obviously more detailed than what could probably be done with stained glass. If my mom still goes through with the project, I'll remove all the effect layers and give her a more simple drawing.

I set up a little portfolio for myself for FC. This is the header for my color section. I like how this came out, drew it on a whim.

This is my friend Aqua's wolf character. Here she waits for her master with her leash at the ready.

Nimsha's character sheet

Here's Nimsha and all her squirrelness. I wish I could take credit for creating her, but she was actually created by Nivik Liriak in early 2005 as a character specifically for Chucky's world. I managed to find the perfect spot for her in the comic as one of his classmates.

Nimsha is an exchange student from Siberia with goals of being a fighter pilot. She grew up as a military brat, never living anywhere for long. She is ill adjusted to the uncensored world of a New England college. Interacting with others her age and fitting in is unknown to her and presenting a unique challenge to her young mind.

Dave's character sheet

So here's Dave, another of Chucky's fellow flight students. At first glance he appears as your typical jock. He wants to be a fighter pilot or professional hockey player, whichever one he can achieve first. He's very motivated, headstrong, and enjoys competition. Dave is a German Shepherd to the max. Very social, quick ability to network and establish his pack, thrives on being around good friends constantly. Loyal and always at his friends' side when needed. Likes to tease, but can do so without being an asshole. Dave is based off an old coworker.

I apologize to all hockey fans out there for any inaccuracies in Dave's field hockey stance. I do not watch, play, or follow sports in any way and did not use any reference for the action pose.

Merry's character sheet.

Here's Merry Lilly in her glorious ratness. With her constant upbeat, friendly, and flirty personality, she's likely to start a conversation with you before can think of how to start one with her. A perfect female friend for any shy male. Merry is sweet and compassionate, always out to make friends. Her most prominent feature is obviously her massive unblinking brown eyes.

However, anyone who befriends her will quickly discover her lack of certain social graces. She will not think twice about belching at the dinner table or scratching herself in public. She also states what's on her mind regardless of the situation. Merry is somewhat oblivious to her attractiveness. And her affectionate nature is often mistaken as a come-on by guys.

Just a quick kiss!

I did this for Rocksteady as a cameo scene in his game Fur Flying Stadium. It's supposed to take place at JFK airport as a 'Terry Chases Chucky' scene. The dialog is as follows:

Adam says in a New York accent, "Ey you two, I'm workin 'eah for cryin' out loud!"

Terry says, "*smooch smooch*, just one kiss on the neck Chucky."

Chucky says, "No Terry get awaaaaay! Your kisses are creepy, I feel like you're trying to eat me!"

This is the combination of two drawings done with Prisma colored pencils. Then some Photo-chopshop action to merge and clean 'em up.

Ian the Fox, Chucky's flight instructor.

Here's Chucky's flight instructor, Ian Serjy. Don't let his cute foxy appearance and mannerisms fool you, he's straight as a line. Ian is every teacher's and employer's wet dream. By the book, follows the rules, and very sharp. However, he is also very patient, quite easy going, bit of a witty sense of humor, and also really cares about his students' progress. The other instructors tease him for being such a goody goody, and are constantly trying to make him laugh in front of his students at inappropriate subjects. Ian is based off a supervisor I had at a previous job.

Ratiries flies the friendly skies.

Ratiries, the most beautiful pirate diva in the world, eventually had to trade in her Jolly Roger for the flag of a major carrier. She's wearing a standard female captain's outfit. She had a choice of pants or the skirt. I think she misses her old uniform, but the airlines require something that allows full freedom of movement.

I really love this character and I'm mega-uber proud of this drawing. Enjoy everyone!

I haven't drawn Terry in a loooong time. I did this for Rocksteady on FA for his possible furry fighting game. It would be cool to see Terry in a video game.

It's Bunnypuss!

Bunnypuss is a pet name my brother uses for his girlfriend. So he asked me one day to draw a 'bunnypuss'. This is what I came up with. A few different personalities and styles. I can't take full credit for the black one, she's loosely inspired by an old Easter Bunny drawing on my hard drive. Not sure of the artist's name.

Up and coming character for the comic! This is Kev Dalis, another flight student that befriends Chucky, whether Chucky likes it or not.

Give art for RomusZ of Darmatter Studios for offering to distribute Chucky #1. He wanted to see a cute Chucky and dragon plushie pic. This will be included with a host of other drawings and sketches in Chucky #1.

This is a repose of an old drawing where I'd run out of room and cut off Chucky's feet. So here's the fixed version 2 years later.

A new version of Tanya

An idea for a new version of Tanya. I changed the fur pattern on her face a bit and her hair style to make her more original. This is likely how she'll appear in the Chucky comic. Still cute and pleasantly plump with a nice round rump. I wuv mousies!

Here is a long time owed drawing for Xherotris of his squirrel character. That's supposed to be a black leather jacket he's wearing. Came out pretty decent I think.

Pretty Kellyskunk

I dated this beautiful fiery red-haired skunk for while did this drawing for her. It actually looks like her too!

This was done for BlindRabbit, who I'm assuming isn't actually blind since otherwise he wouldn't have asked for a drawing. The character came out a little more stylish than I intended, but I like him.
