I put too much effort into my pictures and expect just as much on the return, though, I suppose not everyone goes all-out on their works. It's not fun to get something in return which feels like a slop-up, 30-second job. I suppose I could probably retaliate with an equally bad picture, but it's not my style to purposefully not try.
