Watercolor Painting.
I was reading up on a few techniques and practicing applying them. Im really happy with the textures that appeared in the tail and hair.

2006 is year of the dog, so I felt like doing something appropriate. ((Please overlook the fact that the year is half over)) Strictly speaking only 2 of the characters here are canines, but I dont think anyone will hate me for generalizing a bit.

The species are Maned Wolf, A Shiba-Inu mutt, Cross-Fox, and Husky.

Im really happy with this picture -- there was no paper sketch.. it was entirely digital using photoshop and painter. Its still not 100% complete so checkout my website and send some feedback if you have suggestions for how to make it better.
