Mars Needs Weasels

Finally Mars has enough women. Now they need weasels. Because chicks dig a guy with a big weasel.


Mars Needs Weasels stands roughly 4.5 inches (11CM) and is sculpted in ApoxieSculpt. Painted in acrylic. The clear face plate was once part of a spice container.

Ninja snail

As if regular snails weren't bad enough, this ninja snail creeps through the garden with his tiny little shuriken, ready to fend off hedgehogs and small birds. No cabbage is safe from the ninja snail!

Ninja snail is roughly 1.5" long (4CM). He is sculpted in ApoxieSculpt and painted in acrylic.

Victorious vs the art pirates

He had his ear chewed off in a vicious forum flame war over who was copying who, was painted as the bad guy, but eventually emerged victorious against the art pirates and reclaimed his booty!

He has an itty bitty bandoleer of paint with which to battle pirates. Pirates fear ochres!

This set of photos nicely shows off his teeny, weeny little bandoleer of paint. Yes, the artists girds himself for battle by strapping on a full array of colors. Though he apparently only has one paintbrush. Perhaps he left the others buried in the heart of the foul art pirates...

That is in fact a miniature painting of a blue wolf butt. He reclaimed his booty from the pirates in more ways than one!

Working computer mouse- giant roach

Oh my god, it's a roach the size of New Jersey!

It's WORSE.

It's a computer mouse that has been resculpted to LOOK like a giant cockroach. Yes, it still works. the cord is held in the front mandibles. You click the carapace to use the buttons (it is a 2 button mouse). The bump in the middle is a scroll wheel.

It's a full 7.5 inches of buggy terror. (a normal mouse is about 5") Normal giant hissing cockroaches (the model for this) top out at 4". This guy is almost twice that size.

Tosa - bring it on!

A tosa inu tries to stare down his opponent before his wrestling match begins.

The tosa inu is a rare Japanese breed bred for dog fighting. However, this is a wrestling dog. While they may bite to get a grip, the dog should actually pin the other dog to the ground.

Four shots of a very small sculpture of two collared peccaries cuddling. They're also known as javelinas and are native to the American Southwest.

Inspired by a netsuke of a boar that was brain meltingly adorable.

Rite of the Stone

A were-croc devours a mystic carved stone to gain mystic power from the sun and the Dragon Kings.

It's a sculpted panel with raised figures. Apoxiesculpt. Wood backing. Art for the Rage CCG.

The sculpting down intend down sides of panel and wrap onto back a little, so his elbow protrudes off bottom, and claws wrap around the edge.

One of two experimental faux bas relief pieces. Rather than being carved as with true bas relief, they're sculpted onto a plaque.
