<grins> Well, I used to feed Pozie by hand - until this happened, a couple years ago. Now I feed her with tongs. ;)

My mother was watching a horrible old B-movie the other day, when she told me the brontosaurus in it reminded her of Prozac. How could I resist such inspiration?? ;)

Pozie actually managed to twist herself into the position. It was amazingly cute. =)

This needs a touch of 'splaining! Prozac and I have developed a bit of a language with each other over the years, based on body language and such. Snakes don't hear like humans, o'course, but they do 'hear' through vibrations in the ground. In order to communicate to Prozac the difference between me opening her cage to clean it or take her out, and opening the cage to deliver dinner, I tap three times next to her aquarium when food is coming. So when I created a paranoid, semi-evil rat cha, I named him ThreeTapps....'cause he knows his doom is approaching. ;)

I didn't intend for this to be so Pozie-like when I started drawing it, but somehow it turned out that way...

940x606 40135 bytes 2003.02.03
This is one of my favorite Pozie pics so far, mostly 'cause I like the pose and smug look - it's so *Pozie*! I should color this, some day.

My little Pozeling as a legless snake-dragon, guarding her dragon-treasure.

507x765 32964 bytes 2003.02.02
Prozac as a Mobius strip! She has almost accidently strangled *herself* while trying to subdue her (frozen) dinner. She's short a few brain cells. ;)

Prozac became very ill last year, and lost a lot of weight. I had to give her shots for months on end - not an easy thing to do to a snake with as much attitude (and as many teeth) as Pozie! I was afraid she wouldn't make it, so I drew a pic of her contemplating the future. Happily, she's doing better now, and her teeth are as sharp as ever. ;)

434x782 30886 bytes 2003.01.31
Prozac looking primal, posing with some sort of a wicked spear. I wouldn't mess with her, if I were you. ;)

596x872 52180 bytes 2003.01.30
Prozac as a 'scaly', I guess! Incidently, she got her name because she NEEDS SOME. Sketch pens and watercolor pencils.

826x509 61803 bytes 2003.01.30
My RL pet corn snake, Prozac, done as a Chinese dragon. Believe it or not, she actually IS that color IRL! She's strikingly beautiful. =)

551x789 32623 bytes 2003.01.30
She may be squiggly and charming, but she's got a lot of teeth - and she's not afraid to use 'em. Steal my art, and I'll sic Pozie on you! ;)
