A pair of bunnies share their carrot lunches with each other. Sometimes a bit of secret sauce helps out, yes? Rhonda from ROOMIES (http://jarmac.picarefy.com/roomies) and her friend spend some special time with each other. The original is up on Furbid. Prints available, yadayadayada.

Batwings and babes. They go together, don't they? A sketchbook sketch from ConFurence. A marker explosion almost ruined it when it splashed red onto the white chest of her fur or on the white parts of her tail. Sometimes it's more interesting to have to work in the errors than to hide them. Can you see them?

D is for Dali- a llama. Yes, Dali Llama. Hey, don't blame me, she's a character on FurryMuck that allowed me to draw her up. I couldn't resist the pun so I have chosen to use her as the letter "D" in my Alphabet Femme series and will be in CF12's Art Show. Dali Llama. Heh. Bad pun.

A quiet thought for Jennifer. I just got replacement markers and had to try out some of the brighter colors with subtle shading. Woohoo! I've got markers for badges at ConFurence! Yeah!

meredith.jpg
Image: meredith.jpg   456x600 63494 bytes 2001.04.06

A striped banditface! A raccoon femme that I was going to put up on FurBid, but it turned out so well that I think I'll take it to ConFurence instead where I believe there will be better response. What shall I draw next?

c-charmin.jpg
Image: c-charmin.jpg   480x600 71813 bytes 2001.04.02

C is for Charmin, who is so squeezably soft. Heh. Another in the Alphabet Femme series I'll have at ConFurence. Only one more to go!

frequentflyer.jpg
Image: frequentflyer.jpg   781x599 97382 bytes 2001.03.29

ALWAYS read the fine print on those frequent flyer programs! A piece destined for FurBid. The white spots are on a separate acetate layer on top of the art. It turned out pretty well. :)

bluebunny.jpg
Image: bluebunny.jpg   416x600 56536 bytes 2001.03.28

Green bunny, red bunny, yellow bunny.... blue! That's it! A blue bunny for your viewing pleasure. A color sketch to break in Shandower's sketchbook for Girls with Glasses.

b-barb.jpg
Image: b-barb.jpg   442x600 64014 bytes 2001.03.23

B is for Barb. Another of the alphabet femme series I'm working on. I had the lizard done for a while, but finally finished the metal background today. Another original that will be at ConFurence next month.

Dalia, a lovely Clydesdale morph on Furry and a fine artist in her own, is always a joy to sketch. I just wished the scanner hadn't made such a horrid mess of this pic. :/ Really, it's a nice original. Trust me. The color was spot on and no green in the pic like the scan is showing. Bleah.

Chelsie.jpg

A 'bhuuuuuuuuuunny' as Tibo likes to call 'em. Only if they are cute will they be called 'bhunnies', otherwise they are just rabbits.

badgeress4.jpg
Image: badgeress4.jpg   344x600 68909 bytes 2001.03.19

I read over in the Forum that someone liked badgeresses (badgerettes?), so here's one I did up recently and put on FurBid where it sold for a decent amount. Badgers have short tails- it's easy to make them too long. More colored pencil work. It turned out pretty neat.

A sketchbook piece that was colored- several other pics in the book were of very high calibre and I didn't feel like a quicky pencil sketch would do it so I threw in some color. It's very... green. I don't know what the background is either.

beachunis.jpg

The cover to Fire & Fur from Foxy's Lazy Fox Publications. Volleyballs, like soccer balls, are hard to draw without a reference handy!

Smile.jpg
Image: Smile.jpg   490x600 69351 bytes 2001.03.19

Say "Cheese!" Too bad this fella won't be able to eat cheese or any other food once this zebra filly catches him with that camera!

a-cheetah.jpg
Image: a-cheetah.jpg   480x600 93377 bytes 2001.03.19

She doesn't have a name yet. I'm slowly going through the alphabet and each character will have their name start with the letter. I'm not doing the obvious "A is for Aardvark, B is for Bunny," etc. I'm going with the name instead. Have any suggestions for this lovely cheetah's name starting with 'A'? The original will be going to ConFurence's art show.

Erika.jpg

A saucy bunny! I'm told that I draw really cute rumps and this one definately has that squeezability factor. :) And those lovely red boots are courtesy of LICWEAR, the finest in portable garment technology (www.licwear.com). Heh.

GunnyBunnyBatBabe.jpg
Image: GunnyBunnyBatBabe.jpg   451x600 90659 bytes 2001.03.17

~Gunny Bat Babe, Gunny Bunny Bat Babe, Gunny Bat Babe, Gunny Bunny Bat Babe,~ Come and sing along with me! Done purely as a pun for the song "Chitti Chitti Bang Bang," this bunny isn't one to be messed with. It's proven to be a popular selling print. More colored pencils from the minty one!

dsalya_7.jpg
Image: dsalya_7.jpg   558x407 81115 bytes 2001.03.17

A colored pencil test. I'm finding I like colored pencil far more than markers recently since I can control the blending much better. D'Salya, (c) 2001 D. Palmero, art copyright by me! Feed me mint!

dontask.jpg

There are bad days and then there are bad days. Sometimes it's best not even to ask when you see someone glowering like this. Back away, back away slowly...

Candy.jpg
Image: Candy.jpg   479x600 59844 bytes 2001.03.17

A lovely blue steel dragoness is always ready for anything- even a dinner. Original was pencil and inks, then colored in Photoshop. Prints are available. I was surprised how many people didn't know what a manual can opener looks like. Heh.
