I'm a HUGE fan of Gargoyles, so I decided to make my own. Meet Atlantis, my own creation. He's kinda different from the ones you see on the cartoon show: he can turn to stone whenever he wishes, which can even enable him to sleep for years at a time, and since he's in stone form, he doesn't age. He also flies instead of glides on wind currents. He also heals faster than normal. The scan didn't turn out too good because the drawing was penciled on an 11x17" paper...I had to get it scanned at the printing factory I worked at, and then my brother "touched it up" when we got it home. Atlantis the garoyle is (c) to me.

To understand this comic of "Tales From The Bindery Core" please read this description first. The hours of a bindery worker are usually from 7am-4pm. Sometimes, if we work overtime, the hours will be from 7am-6:30pm or so. So literally, we're there before the executives come in, and, in most cases, we're still there after they've left for the day. What the bindery workers are doing in this comic are inserting papers in envelopes (a favourite chore to have us do) ;)

This was the Christmas editon, and also the last comic I've done of "Tales From The Bindery Core"....No, I didn't get fired! I got married and moved to the States instead ;) The guy sitting on Santa's lap is an executive...The two girls in the front are bindery workers...'Nuff said ;)

It's the 2nd "Tales From The Bindery Core" comic! Yay! Okee, so I was goofing off at work this time ;) I used the shipping stamp and covered the top of the stamp so that it wouldn't "stamp" the top bar on it too..Then I drew little shriners in the trucks :) Hey, we all had a good laugh from it, even if it didn't make the newsletter. For those of you who aren't Canadian, CPC stands for Canada Postal Corp.

This was first comic series I've done, called "Tales From the Bindery Core" for my company's newsletter. I was a bindery worker for 3 years and I found a way to express my un-easiness with the executives...So I drew a comic! This was based on a true story (I was actually there when it happened!)
