corellian_ninja on LJ was my chosen one for the Gryphon Xchange :) This was the first time I'd participated in that community, and I wasn't sure to what o have her gryphon character doing, so I thought that having her preening her wing feathers would be cute :)\r\n\r\n6x4" bristol board, Micron inking pens, Prismacolour markers and pencils.

Finished! =D This is a commission I did for my friend Kamau of his gryphon persona, Chyr Alyon, who's a golden eagle/barbary lion gryphon :)\r\n\r\nI thought it would be neat to do a New England scene (Lake Champlain!) in the fall and with the sunsetting, it makes for a nice warm picture :)\r\n\r\n8.5x11" bristol board, Micron inking pens, Prismacolour markers and pencils and acrylic white paint marker.

Aww, isn't that cute? Clax wants to help encourage people to read more by delivering books to them :)\r\n\r\n6x2" bristol board, Micron inking pens, Prismacolour and Copic markers and Blowpens.

I thought I'd do another Clax bookmarker, and this time, I also thought I'd have fun with my blowpens too, since I haven't used them in sooooo long! They still work wonderfully though! :)\r\n\r\nI basically covered up Clax and the word bubble with removeable (painter's) tape and cut around him, so the only background was exposed - I also used the tape to cover the outter edges of the bookmarker too, to hold it in place on my table. Then I used my blowpens on it (there's pink, green and blue in there). Once I was done splattering the colour on, I let it dry for a minute or so and then removed the tape, and coloured up Clax like usual :)\r\n\r\n6x2" bristol board, micron ink pens, Prismacolour markers, blowpens, and white pencil and white gel pen for highlights.

Looks like Clax fell asleep while reading his favourite comic: "Valor, Gryphon Warrior", and then has a dream where HE is the Gryphon Warrior! I'm sure everyone's had simular dreams, of becoming their favourite character :)\r\n\r\nBookmarker! 6x2" Bristol board, Micron pens, Prismacolour markers and white pencil for highlights, and Copic markers.

Aww, it's baby Clax! =D Before he, y'know...grew up and stuff O.o;\r\n\r\nJust a cute little bookmarker that I thought I would whip up. I had the idea floating around (along with maybe a couple other ideas with Clax that I think I'll draw as well!) and it just needed to get out onto paper :)\r\n\r\n6x2" bristol board, Micron Pens and Prismacolour markers and white pencil for highlights.

A drawing I did for FoxyFennec of her Fennec/Abississan (sp? LOL!) persona as a gryphon! =D

I've been wanting to do a drawing of Garid for some time now, and I actually did a little doodle over on my Tegaki blog, but since I'm not used to digital stuff, and Tegaki is a little limited in shades and shading, I decided to do this in real media instead.\r\n\r\nThis is my IronClaw/JadeClaw character, Garid the Mori. Mori are a race of fanged horses, and I was trying to model Garid after a Mongolian horse, so...yeah, short horse, but a tough little sucker! And yes, Garid is Khan of all the Mori (basically, the leader of all of the Mori clans).

Vodkaandtomatojuice (from DA) was my chosen one of the Furry Artcard community on LJ for this month :)\r\n\r\nDone with gouache, on a 3.5 x 2.5" hotpress watercolour paper.

Well...this is my lame attempt at trying perspective =P But it's not too bad. I definately need to practice it more XD\r\n\r\nThis little card is so full of markers, that the card warped and it's all wavy and stuff! XD I think my markers cried by the time I was finished this! LOL!\r\n\r\nThe think my favourite part of this piece is how the trees turned out in the background.\r\n\r\n6x4" Index Card with Prismacolour and Copic markers...and a white pencil for highlights.

My first real commission in a LONG time!\r\n\r\nDrawn on 8.5x11" bristol board (not all seen here, to avoid empty white space). Inked with Microns, coloured with Prismacolour markers, then coloured and shaded with Prismacolour pencils and colourless blender pencil.\r\n\r\nI'm quite pleased with how this turned out! :)

Finished Pegasus in time for Anthrocon! =D Pegasus was supposed to be white with some yellow shading, but he turned out to be more of a cream colour...still, it looks nice, I'm quite pleased with the results :)\r\n\r\nMarkers, pencil crayons, white acrylic marker (for the shine on the helmet and sword).\r\n\r\n(again, sorry for the large image, I wanted people see the details for this drawing) :)
