While doing Ebony's pic, I started thinking about a captive tigress I'd seen happily playing with a large plastic ball, into which she had gouged some serious scratches. So, in keeping with the fall theme, I got to thinking, a pumpkin would be a lot of fun to play with if you were a tiger; you could really sink your claws into it. my half of a trade with the most excellent Emily Hopson, to whom these two wolves, Emilu and Sonoa, are (c). It was done with ink and prismacolor pencils. As an interesting aside, the conversation that ensued when I told my mate, Chris, that I was drawing a purple wolf (that would be Emilu ;) inspired the creation of Carmine, my ferrari-red wolf.
