I've been working a lot lately, and on our error sheets, I've been doodling. So here I am, thinking of my boyfriend, and feeling a bit betrayed that he's not gotten a hold of me, and that he hasn't seem very supportive towards my shitty life lately. I know it's not his way to be less then analytical (sp?) about it, but still, I need him right now and feel really distant. To make it worse, our song came on in the store, which plays a tape of popular music after 9 p.m. or so. That just didn't help. And so, my thoughts during my third 8-hour closing shift in a row. Good night.

Just more refund slips that became my art whilst at work. The red pen image is a funny story... my friend Jeff just started working there, so I'm helping to train him. I found a red pen in my drawer, which was a shock to me, since we only use blue or black. So I was using it, and Jeff was asking nonstop questions and getting a little mouthy (all in good fun, though.) I held up my precious red pen and said, "You see this, little boy! This is a symbol of my authority!" And that's the story. Yup.

This was probably the funniest one... Zena was drunk one night... and acted just like this. She's a hyena.
