Oh my god, I had this horrid dream last night. It's hard to explain, but it was like... they way girls got asked to prom was to go in the boy's locker room and strip until someone chose them. So I'm in there and all my dwonky friends get dates, and I just keep taking more clothes off, closer and closer to tears, and no one's picking me. In fact, they're jeering. Luckily, I woke up before anything -too- terrible happened. But jeez, talking about drudging up a bunch of issues I'm usually quite good at repressing!

I prettied up a sketch of an ape. I almost watched 'Planet of the Apes' today on HBO, but it was the last ten minutes. So boo. Now I have to rent it.

I hadn't drawn Carmine in a while, and I started sketching him nude, to showcase the body type, and wouldn't you know it, an erection and a dog ended up in there too.

Heh. Just continue the little 'scene' I started with The Fox Went Bang. In the next episode, Raj and Kyle miraculously turn into something other than foxes!

Just kidding. And yes, Raj is being responsible and wearing a condom. What a good boy.

Hm, this one didn't save as nicely as I thought, either. I wonder what my deal is lately with art being booty? Oh well.

Anyhow, this is based loosely off someone at work. He's a bit heavier, and one of those 'feel no pain' kinda guys. You know, always mellow and junk. I don't know why I made him a goat, but there he is.

Back when I was offering a 'free commission', this was one of the ideas that was submitted, and I liked it well enough. A team of sled dogs (even though you can only see two) meet up with a 'city girl' and take advantage of her.

Ayup.

Yes, those are two foxes undressing Blood. And yes, that goes against every moral fiber in my being. But I came across an artist on VCL a while ago that had three pages of a kickass comic in his archive, featuring these two foxes, and I was instantly enamoured. Raj and Kyle remind me of guys I used to hang out with in high school. I imagine that if I went to college with them, and weren't attached, something like this might occur down the line.

I like Greek mythology a lot. It's interesting. Which is probably why I've studied it more than Christianity. My knowledge of Christianity is limited to Godspell, Dogma, and various snippets I've picked up along the way. So there!

This actually stemmed from a conversation I had with a pal about my not knowing that Passover was a Jewish thing, instead of a Christian thing (yeah, ok, so I don't know squat about religion, ok??). And in this conversation, we laughed about what might happen if Jesus did rise again and was walking around. So that's is where this comic comes from.

Now, the 'antagonist' is a shrew. I thought that would be funny, because it rhymes. And all the jewish kids that went to my high school had curly hair for some reason, so I guess I associate curly hair with that. I know, I'm going to hell.

But this strip actually leads into the next, so keep your eyes open!

Inspired by an inquiry (whether or not I'd ever been "tail fucked"). Porn is a beautiful thing.

Not my best effort, but I just wanted to fully test drive the new colors before making a decision. I personally like them a lot. However, I've gotten a bunch of feedback, half of it FOR the change, half of it AGAINST. That doesn't help! :) I think I'll continue with the red and white endeavor for a bit longer, then see how I feel. Yes, the gray makes her original, and yes, just because it isn't breed standard doesn't mean it can't happen. But I WANT breed standard. It's hard enough to tell what breed she is anyway!

But ah well. Summer's comin!

So after going to the dog show and seeing between 30 and 50 amstaffs, I've been wondering if I should change Blood's colors. I didn't see ONE gray amstaff, let alone gray on gray. Mainly red n' white, or darker red on white, like the image to the left. I'm wondering if people would freak out if I did change the colors, so... maybe drop an email if you have strong feelings in either direction. Feedback=good!
