In the chinese zodiac, I am a Wood Rat. I like rats. That said, try to guess what the symbol on her shirt is. No, it's not 'wood'.

Sekhmet, the Egyptian lion-headed goddess, always seems to be portrayed in an awfully calm and poised manner for a creature that can embody death and pestilence. I think I like her better like this.

Curly swirly purple mollusks.

Some sort of mage, tiger-ish but without stripes. And antlers. Honestly, I don't know -what- the hell I was thinking. Done in ballpoint pen, for lack of anything better.

It's a tuatara. Dressed like a Maori. wow. Marker and colored pencil

A simple exercise in creating form from nothing but shadows. The character therein is actually what I hesitate to call my muse. I rather like how it turned out.
