Wizards' Convention Committee #6. It is a very large box. I think they can get to the Art Show if they take the long way around through the 5th floor.

Wizards' Convention Committee #5. Ghosts can show up on this side of Port Aurora. There are several types, most of which are territorial, and all of which tend to become pests. The Ghost Concession acts as a biased referee and enforcer of several old treaties, at the risk of becoming more pesky than a ghost.

Wizards' Convention Committee #4. Jeel and Sofa are having a *Really Good Time*. "H'nootly F'tagln!": Did I mention that the magic side of Port Aurora has ghosts?

Wizards' Convention Committee #3. The Mountainside is another name for the low-tech, "magic" area of Port Aurora. The furry natives of Port Aurora are called "Pirrt", especially if they are low-tech. Any tall Pirrt who can act elegant and in high fantasy fashion can be called "Fur-Elves".

Wizards' Convention Committee #2. Dayer says she walked over from the high-tech spaceship landing fields to the low-tech area where magic starts to work. You can catch the "talk-talk" there: kind of like catching a bad cold virus that gives you a case of language. They're talking Talk-talk now. "Dayer" is a Port Aurora nickname for a new arrival (from planets that actually have day and night). A "dazzle" is one type of accident with magic that can happen in this area. Many times the cause of a dazzle is unknown.

Jeel and Sofa are hucksters taking some time away from their sales booth to help the concom. They get to move a big box on caster wheels to the Art Show. If Dayer's a "Beast", then she's a refugee from Earth Empire, and not one of those docile Furmen anymore.

Finetooth has some expensive tastes in grooming supplies, so even a low-tek warchief's wages aren't quite enough for her to get by. She has a second income from selling Akhmee Brand Currycombs door-to-door on the high-tek side of Port Aurora.
