Octave

Here's another character who sort of fell out of my subconscious. Her name's Octave. She's an alien species who looks like a cross between a wolf, a cat, a rabbit, a spider, and my eighth grade English teacher. She enjoys reading, surfing, record collecting, and ignoring signs.

The centaur presents, in my mind, a fascinating synergy between two equally beautiful animal components. This particular specimen originated in around 1997, as the main character of a comic series called "American Centaur". He was originally an FBI agent and then a CIA agent before then the project was finally scrapped. Years later, I decided that this character was simply too good to die, and I put him in Metroburg as a Paranormal Investigator.

Reuploaded: Didn't like the cast shadow, so I took the easy way out and got rid of it.
This character was too interesting NOT to draw. 3 heads with 3 eyes each, unicorn horns, 6 arms, and a thousand legs. No, you didn't misread that. A thousand legs (though I obviously couldn't draw them all). He's a "centaurpede" (okay, "centi-" means a hundred, and "milli-" means a thousand, but you can only make a "centaur" pun with one of those, so save your breath). I don't think I've ever tried this style before, but I do like how it came out.

Another pic I can't believe I missed. Alternate realities merge in the wee hours of the morning. If you're up early enough, you can catch it.

Yes, yet another merging, this time between me and Algus Underdunk; Obviously, Algus has had much more experience at this than I have, while I'm looking rather surprised at our new configuration.

You see, I have this friend, who has, like, these…conjoined cat characters, Jan and Jon, and I was like, "No friggin' way! Me too! Bitchin'! I'm gonna draw 'em together!" And so I, like…did.

Continuing the theme of harmonizing nature and technology; two winged foxes, arranged in a figure 8, superimposed over the yin and yang, angels of the two worlds. This is based on a idea I had for a design class project. The idea was rejected, but I still wanted to do something with it. :P
