Miasma

Serge Once-Orbweaver became an outcast of the Bête Rouge tribe after the accidental slaying of his brother Yves. His quest to redeem himself will be long and arduous, and there are no guarantees...

Prismacolor marker and a little bit of colored pencil. This was more of a colored sketch than a finished piece, but I liked it enough to put it in the Manx section.

The Sorcerors: Fifth Logos Tribe

One of the Lost Manx tribes, the tribe of the Fifth Logos is (inaccurately) thought to be extinct. They are the only Manx tribes which have retained the ability to control magical energy, typically aided by the glowing tattoos on their bodies. Prismacolor pencils and acrylic inks.

The Messengers: Sojourners

The Sojourner Manx tribe is well-known for their speed and stamina. The Sojourners are very sociable, but also very arrogant. They love to run, and often serve as messengers or scouts. Great importance is placed by this tribe on races that are held every year. Colored ink, acrylic ink, and prismacolor pencils on bristol smooth.

The Storytellers: Bête Rouge

The Bête Rouge ("Red beast")Manx tribe is renowned throughout the intelligent tribes as having the best singers and most thorough knowledge of oral lore. The Bête Rouge are very shy, family-oriented Manxes, and rarely venture outside of their forest home. Prismacolor pencil and acrylic inks.

Noble Ancestor of the Manx

One of the last of the ancestors of the intelligent Manx tribes prepares to leave his lost homeland. The Ancestral Manx's homeland was destroyed during a great civil war between warring tribes. After the destruction, the various tribes went their separate ways.
