Icon commission for Rikoshi of his skunk persona, looking evil. He requested a trickster/trouble-making evil rather than malicious evil, I really hope I got that conveyed correctly.

Had a LOT of fun working on this. Being on a new machine with better hardware and acquiring a new program to work in (Paint Tool SAI) has made digital painting far more pleasurable.

Originally started out as a flame-point, with markings closely referenced off my siamese... but then I got a hold of the hue slider and then this happened. :|

Commission for Wolfyu of their character, Sherowkey. I drew a lot of inspiration from heraldic images, but tried to add my own flair to it.

Honestly, I have a love-hate relationship with this piece. One the one hand, I really like it, on the other hand... I see a million tiny little things I could change. But in an effort to not overwork this image to the ground, I called it complete at this point.

I recently got a hold of some Ampersand Scratchboard, which is way higher quality than the thin paper stuff at craft stores. I decided to give it a try, and this was the result of my first attempt! I LOVE the medium!! So fun I already started the next one!

This is very simple and rather boring, but I wanted to figure out the medium before being too brave. The next one I've removed all the stops, it'll be a challenge!

Personal "character" of sorts. Very emaciated, ragged, black wolf with a vulture skull adorned on his face. This creature haunts my dreams, usually the ones where I'm in danger and/or dying. I think he's my subconscious's depiction of the Grim Reaper.
