An interesting image that I drew recently. |

This is the first drawing of Spots that I made. I have no idea how I got the expression like that, look at my work, I don't draw this good normally. She's developed a bit since then. I can't remember what cat she's based on... it has a really broad brown nose and loves the swamplands. |

Enjoying her newfound freedom, one of my more favorite furry characters who only knows that growing up she was called Spots. She doesn't like the name, but she is glad to be free. |

This is one of my more favorite pictures of Spots. It shows her pattern of spots down her back. She's standing in front of one of her kind's fur. Her kind (Acrians) aren't known as sentient, so they've been used for the beautiful fur patterns. I had to draw these pictures of Spots because there were no felinoid pictures that suited the species of cat I wanted emulated. Look at the spots. That's not the usual furry kat. Not leopard or lion or tiger or something like that. |

This is a black and white picture done simplistically for a letter I wrote to someone. To make things easier, I put snow on the ground, though looking back I should have made it water like a stream. This canid is discovering a new spring dragon, the idea being to wish my friend and his family a happy spring! I don't plan on coloring this, as I think I like it in this simply inked version. |

I accidently cut off the front paw, but actually ran out of room for the top of the tail and the back paw. This is also done on 3X5 card, and looks a lot better IRL. :P The fox is colored a very very light gray/white, as she's mostly in her winter coat and the gray is barely beginning to show. |

Heh... it helps to work with a model, even when it's a stuffed animal, ie a plushie. My nephew wanted a picture done of his stuffed puppy that I got him when he was a fireman this last Halloween. Very soft puppy is a dalmation and doesn't look anything like this since it's more a beanbag pup. I drew this, and then realized I actually do have a picture of this from 101 Dalmations (live action movie poster) but didn't use it for reference, but I'm sure my mind remembered it mostly. The spots are referenced from the plush pup, as are the eyes and the nose. It makes a difference with the shiny parts! |

Terra and Niko. Terra is a red fox and Niko is a Jackal. This is my second attempt drawing the two of them. The other attempt will not make it to this page. *hides it under books* It might not ever make it out of my sketchbook. *tries to lift the curse from it* It might not ever make it to be seen by anyone else's eyes... GAH! |

I think I did a huge upload last night, which I didn't like at all. :( Anyway, here's a smaller one, 1/2 of the size. Happy Thanksgiving folks!

And hear you have the UCCS (University of Colorado @ Colorado Springs) Giraffe. Yes, we were the giraffes when I started at UCCS, though a popular vote changed it to the cougars in about 1999. I'm sorry, but the giraffes are far more unique for an American (North or South) school (of any level). Unlike the cougars who are everything from elementary to major University. Feh. Black and Yellow are the school's colors, and yes, I need a real anatomy book. I got one recently, and it will help. \r\n\r\nThis was drawn with no reference to giraffes while sitting in a car with a couple of other furs... and finished a long time later once I figured out what to do with it. |

I think he looks better this size. :) This is a wire-coated Vizsla, a type of hunting dog. Everyone draws the smooth coated version usually. I think the wire coat has more character.

Can you guess what I tend to relate to animal wise? And what my love relates to? This picture tends to speak for itself, though I really wish I could get better at drawing what I feel.

This is another unnamed, unclaimed fur on a 3X5 card. It's a wolf. I've been watching more Balto and playing around with that style a bit more. I don't like this one that much. |

Ok, this is one of my "I really do see myself as an arctic fox" pictures. And my mate agrees with me. It was also an experiment in positions. The fox is slightly stretching, and he's in a "gonna geet you" position to surprise her. The paws stink, but that's typical of me unless I spend time on them. Which I swore to do in the next one I did. |
