Black Paper Anubis and Bast
A black paper piece I did with colored watercolor pencils. The first figure is of the Egyptian god, Anubis (Anpu); psychopomp, god of embalming, mummification, and former god of the dead (superseded by Osiris). The second figure is of the Egyptian goddess, Bast/Bastet (also Ubasti); protector of cats, fertility deity associated with both the sun and moon at varying times, as well as perfumes and ointment jars.\r\n\r\nIt's not the best picture, but it's all I have so far. Hopefully I'll be getting a better picture to upload soon.\r\nArt © LFogg (2008); Anubis and Bast, hopefully, have no copyrights.

July Art Exchange - IsilBastet
This is a piece I did for IsilBastet for the Median Art Exchange community on LiveJournal. I wasn't familiar with this particular species, so I really enjoyed practicing it.\r\n\r\nInk, Prismacolor colored pencils, Prismacolor markers.\r\nCharacter © IsilBastet.\r\nArt © LFogg 2008.

Corset Lion - Coloured
A very basic line drawing in ink that was part reference study, mostly experiment. My first attempt at an anthropomorphic lion.\r\n\r\nThis particular version was coloured in Prismacolor Coloured Markers with a little bit of Prismacolor Coloured Pencils as well, much as I did the Corset Fox piece from last year. It was an interesting experiment with just the coloured pencils for the darker colours in the corset and underwear, because as the scanner highlighted, there were some spots that no matter what were spotty... ah, can't win em all, lol.\r\n\r\nArt © LFogg (2008).

August Art Exchange - Laiho
This is a piece I did for Laiho for the Median Art Exchange community on LiveJournal. I'd like to think that I'm getting better at doing backgrounds and I really had fun with the shotgun! ^__^\r\n\r\nInk, Prismacolor markers.\r\nCharacter © Laiho.\r\nArt © LFogg 2008.

Horse Female LineArt
A very basic line drawing in ink that was part reference study, mostly experiment. My first attempt at an anthropomorphic horse. It was this picture that almost got me started doing a furry-themed webcomic, but that fell through. :-\\\r\n\r\nHopefully I'll be coloring this one soon, but I'm not quite sure what I want to do with it just yet... I'm thinking markers.\r\n\r\nArt © LFogg 2007-2008.

Bunnies of Destruction: No. 3
This is the bunny to the West of the original grouping. The Bloated Blue Bunny of Asphyxiation controls the realm of suffocation, especially such things as drowning and choking. \r\n\r\nThis is the third in a series of bunnies that came to me in a dream one night. The bunnies wouldn't let me rest until I drew them, which made for some interesting conversations at work the next day. I still think I might do a lot with these characters, but I'm not entirely sure for what purpose...

Bunnies of Destruction: No. 2
This is the bunny to the South of the original grouping. The Bloody Red Bunny of Violence controls the realm of painful obliteration, especially such things as torture and destruction, fire and war. \r\n\r\nThis is the second in a series of bunnies that came to me in a dream one night. The bunnies wouldn't let me rest until I drew them, which made for some interesting conversations at work the next day. I still think I might do a lot with these characters, but I'm not entirely sure for what purpose...

Bunnies of Destruction: No. 1
This is the bunny to the East of the original grouping. The Sickly Yellow Bunny of Disease controls the realm of illness, especially those communicable diseases, such as viruses and plagues. \r\n\r\nThis is the first in a series of bunnies that came to me in a dream one night. The bunnies wouldn't let me rest until I drew them, which made for some interesting conversations at work the next day. I plan on doing a lot with these characters, but I'm not entirely sure for what purpose...

Corset Lion Lineart
A very basic line drawing in ink that was part reference study, mostly experiment. My first attempt at an anthropomorphic lion. \r\n\r\nI plan on trying my hand at colouring it in Prismacolor Coloured Markers and Prismacolor Coloured Pencils, much as I did the Corset Fox piece from last year. Perhaps I will simply colour it in CS2, maybe just coloured pencils... or I might have a friend colour it for me. If I do wind up with multiple versions, I might just upload all of them... who knows. :)\r\n\r\nArt © LFogg (2008).

Goat Bust Sketch
This was created during the brainstorm period before I actually created the other goat picture. Yes, this is the same furson/character/person as Goat, but on some small level, I almost like this sketch better.\r\n\r\nThat's why this little doodle I did on the corner of a piece of random paper at my desk at work on the fly is in the regular selection, not in Sketches. I feel it's finished enough to warrant being a full piece.\r\n\r\nPlus, I forgot to add his necklace to the big finished fancy one, but it's in here. Same with the piercings (don't know how I forgot those, I always include 'em), and I like the muzzle on this one better too, I think. And the way the horns are positioned on this one is closer to how the he really wears his horns...\r\n\r\nInk.\r\nGoat and Art © LFogg 2008.

I finally got around to creating a suitable anthropomorphic character to portray my friend... It works considerably well, especially considering the fact that he even actually wears horns as depicted on a regular basis. \r\n\r\nGraphite and Ink.\r\nGoat and Art © LFogg 2008.

This is another gift piece I did for a friend (requested at the same time as the Gift Fox). This one was infinitely simpler to do, especially since it was coloured by hand with Prismacolor Pencils. \r\n\r\nThe pose was originally inspired by XianJaguar's piece "The Real Playboy Bunny", as I asked my friend to find a pose reference, and that's what she chose (and then wanted almost verbatim). I hope that isn't a problem... \r\n\r\nInk and Coloured pencils.\r\nArt © LFogg (2007).

This is a piece that I did casually for a co-worker, once news of my art got out. It turned out to be far more intensive than I had anticipated, however, since I decided to not colour it in a traditional medium.\r\n\r\nThis is my second piece done entirely (colour-wise, not lineart) in Photoshop. I honestly feel that it was more time-consuming to do it on the computer than if I had taken some Prismacolors to it. \r\n\r\nAh well. Hopefully I've learned something new throughout this, and can use the knowledge later on. Right now, I can't think... I'm just glad it's done.\r\n\r\nInk and Photoshop.\r\nArt © LFogg (2007).

This is the first full-colour rendition of my mate's fursona. He is a wolf-coyote, and the colouring was done entirely in coloured pencils. \r\n\r\nI think I'm getting the hang of this whole thing, as this piece only took no more than an hour to sketch and ink, and another hour or so at work to colour it. However, I might have to re-scan it. My scanner tried to eat the colour last night, and I had to perform some heavy compensation prior to making the final scan. We'll see after I check it on another computer.\r\n\r\nPrismacolor coloured pencils, ink.\r\nMethael Ravenwing © his player, KFogg; art © LFogg (2007).

Corset Fox - Coloured
This is the finished coloured version of the Corset Fox lineart. I was originally going to have this in the same art show as the Naked Pagan Girl, and Anubis, but I didn't get the hair done in time. Honestly, I never finished the hair. The only reason it's even done right now is because after I scanned it I played around in Photoshop until I liked it.\r\n\r\nThere is an even more photoshopped version, complete with a very rudimentary background and shading... all from Photoshop... but I don't really care for it that much. Maybe later I'll put it up for shits and giggles. [shrug]\r\n\r\nArt © LFogg (2007).

Lilyth the First
This is the first drawing I believe I ever did of my fursona, Lilyth. This image, by my estimates, is from 2004. From what I can tell, it was drawn in ballpoint pen and coloured pencil.\r\n\r\nApparently, for some odd reason, my fursona does not have either pupils, or eyeballs at all, nor does she come with whiskers... and stranger yet, she never has. I thought maybe I was just being neglectful recently, but this kinda proves it. I honestly don't know why the char never had pupils... \r\n\r\nI do believe there is one piece in here where there are indicators of pupils... maybe it's like Storm in X-Men... who knows.\r\n\r\nLilyth and Art © LFogg (2007).

True story. Went a-running in the room to answer the phone, just to get a recording of some crap. And yes, I did yell back at the recording.\r\n\r\nThe tail's supposed to be fuzzed out and twitching, by the way... dunno if I really conveyed that ok... :\\\r\n\r\nInk, Graphite and Photoshop. Corset Fox Lineart
Having decided to do something about the plethora of magazines all over my apartment covered in half-naked girls draped over cars, I have begun using the women as references for art. =^.^= This sultry vixen is the first result. I might colour her in later, we'll see. Ink. \r\n\r\nArt © LFogg (2007).

Walking home from work, and wanting to go out goth dancing that night, but being unable to because of having to work again early the next morning, this image was born... since I found myself actually dancing down the sidewalk to whatever I was listening to... probably Funker Vogt's "Faster Life", or KMFDM's "Anarchy". \r\n\r\nThe more I look at this piece though, the less she looks like she's dancing, and the more she could simply be posing, or suggestively inviting someone in... but then again, when she's dancing, she's doing all of the above! :p\r\n\r\nI might be posting the coloured version of this one soon.\r\n\r\nLilyth and Art both © LFogg (2007).
