Bollivar Tumblethorne, my green dragon character from a very dated Council of Wyrms campaign - his favoured method of attack upon fellow dragons (he wasn't much of a socialite really) was sticking his spiked thumb into the eye of an opponent whilst having him clutched in a headlock.
