Another old picture with frightening anatomy that lead to the creation of a new fursona for Charlie. The buckskin horsey (c) Marie Burcham 04

Something I did awhile ago while in class. Just used crappy colored pencils over the pencil drawing itself. I still like it though... Tis' me.

Because sometimes you can't win, or even come close. Sometimes the best of days are ruined by the ones you love the most. All you can do is walk through the dark until the morning comes. For now though, you are sorry and weak with the impediment of emotion. (c) Marie Burcham 2/8/03

Sanjuro1.jpg

I drew this a month or so ago when my RPG started up (yay!). This pencil drawing was quickly done to illustrate the changing form of my character Sanjuro. He is a were-stallion if it isn't obvious. I may do something more with this picture in the future, but for now... the pencil is happy. Image/character (c) Marie Burcham

Another entirely photoshop created piece. This stylistic method is something I really like doing. Its not to difficult and I think the effect is nice. The image, Lurath and the quote are (c) Marie Burcham 1.19.03

I really like this piece (Photoshop) because it has a background! (Albeit a simple one). Plus it just looks cool to me right now, even knowing I wil hate it a week from now. Because of the lack of a reliable scanner for the time being I am delving more and more into the computer art. I have no tablet or anything similar, so this piece, like its brothers, is compleatly mouse-drawn. For this picture I went for a more stylistic effect which I think looks intresting both here and in various other artworks. Image (c) Marie Burcham

I've been spitting out Photo-shoped pictures by the dozens because its fun and I have no scanner anymore. This is one of my favorites. I looked at a magazine picture of a cougar to get the colors and face shape *somewhat* correct. Image (c) Marie Burcham

evillu1.jpg

A simple picture I did in photoshop. I like this one even though I didn't pay much attention to the shading. Its an evil me, because you are going to follow me into my lair, and then I WILL EAT YOU! Image and character (c) Marie Burcham

tribute1.jpg

My bird died recently. I finally got enough courage to make a tribute to him. This is it. He really was an amazing person, and I miss him. Image (c) Marie Burcham\r\nThis was all drawn in photoshop.

I quickly colored this one because I liked it. Its scanned pretty light, and yes he IS standing on an invisible box. Image (c) marie burcham.2002

What kind of animal willingly sneaks into a kitchen at midnight to nibble at an apple pie? A racoon of course. What happens when there's 2 of them? No more apple pie. Image (c) Marie Burcham July.2002
