Cuz sometimes you just need to do a demented looking creature! Meet mine... Ratcoon. I'm not supposed to be doing sprites right now.. but I couldn't resist doing this bastard. Since he looks like a generic character though, I'm not sure he deserves an animation. He's also a total jerk.. so maybe that's more evidence against him. ^_~. Oh well. I'll see how I feel in the morning.

Hey.. in FF6 there were dogs.. in Chrono Trigger cats. RPGs need some sort of generic pet animal for the random people to own... and this is my answer to that need-- old style hypsidians! This is what they looked like back when they were just rainbow colored fruit flavored (uh.. well not really fruit flavored ;p) cats. These ones are pretty unconventional though.. they just meow. ;p Maybe someday I'll make some hypsidians with tuffed tails.. and they'll talk. For now though this is the last of the sprites. I gota get down to the meat of the game! I want a demo done by the end of January!

Halleilujah! I've finally done it! I've finished the last named character on my original list of sprites for Nanairo ^_^. This is truly my moment of victory. The character choosen to recieve this honor was Farnel, Nuka's familar. He's a bit high strung and bossy.. but that's okay.. cuz he's such a cute little raffyn ^_^.

Ah... and now the craptastic animation of Shiva. I had to go with the front view, take it as the lesser of the evils ;p. Poor Shiva... her wings don't move! I tried to make'em move... but then it just looked jerky and really bad.. This should look less out of place when she moves in game... since there will be a relative motion then.

Well... I always knew that the Familiars would be difficult.. which is the main reason I saved them for last. Geez.. but I could never have imagined just how hard it would be to sprite Ariel's familiar, Shiva. With her monocromatic look.. she's rather had to look out. Her details sorta mush together and her wings look like pig tails... and Khyron thought she looked like a rat.. ~_~;. Poor Shiva.. I guess it's just a good thing she's not very important to my game.

I'm baack! Yeah I know.. I was a bad girl and missed a few days of spriting... but no matter.. I finally went and got one done now! This is Naiya, official self-proclaimed prim and proper princess of Nanairo High. Very, very hard to deal with. I guess being the only child of a fabulously wealthy oil baron'll do that to you. She's also got her own possee now. Seems like all my characters are drawn into groups of three ;p.

When I say I'm going to finish something that night, damn it, I'm going to finish it! ;p Such is the case with my sprite for pic trade with Kaido! ^_^ It's her spiffy dude with the firey tail, Pyr. There were so many problems, big and small that interfered with me while making this.. but in the end.. I still got it up. I feel like I'm gonna die! XD Sleep.. I need sleep! Hehe. sorry for the poor description.. I'll be going now ^_^;.

Bethany's Sprite from the RPG. It took a lot of squishing to cram all of her little details into the 32x24 sprite block, but I think she managed it well enough!

I said I'd get this up soon. I could have had it up a lot earlier, but I've just felt so unmotivated today. As they say though... better late than never! Here's the Yanshii sprite in full. Whew! It's a late one tonight (or should I say this morning?). However.. I think it was well worth it! I've been working on this sprite for about 6 hours.. but I'm very pleased with how it turned out. It's Nuka's pet, Scrappy the ruffeon. With my quota met.. I'm off to hit the hay... ja!

The latest installment in my Pokemorph sprite series. It's Andrew Chen's adorable little ninetales, Sophie! It came out okay... though I'm sure she's a little off model and I didn't know what color to do her clothes.. well I hope she's all right ^_^;

The third sprite I've made. It's Bethany. She'd be an odd character to have in a fighting game seeing how much she hates violence. Err.. oh well I guess she has her reasons.

Here's all the info I could think to write about my oldest fan Pokemon, Pantha. Yeah, it's lion type... cuz it's a mix of mountain lion / true lion. Layout is borrowed from Bulbagardens Pokedex.. which I think is very cool --least when it's up!
