First attempt I've actually finished to do a digital painting. By no means is it as good as many out there, but I am learning O.o;

But yea. Years ago through High School I was a huge Pern fan. In fact, on a game called Harper Tales MU* I have a Green-rider there (rider of Xhuryth) so always been a fan of the Pern series.

This is just a digital painting of a golden queen (100% done on tablet. No sketch) Queens generally are the big mama's on top. So doodled her n' then was like. Dude. She's all "WAKE UP TIME!" O.o; Yea. If I had queen on a game. It'd be her. Yea. ._.

I seriously drew this to see how cute I could draw a "puppy" Frisket ._.; No other than a quick pencil doodle and to color-practice with my tablet.

Really want to improve my tablet skills.. so what other way is their than to color and get your feet wet.

Yea. Lot of things wrong. But this was doodled n' colored in 10 minutes total time. :)

She's an old character of mine. I mean really now. Who doesn't love blonde on gold color schemes? XD Yes. Doodled her while watchin' Full Metal Alchamist O_o; Yee. Hence the wrench...

She's a Wrench Wench. Bwha. I need to draw Poe more (Liz agrees.) This was a practice piece for me -- practicing my manipulative abilities with the tablet n' colorin' strictly with it. :)

The linework is better than the colorin' job, in my opinion.

I think I adjusted the photoshop element. It's pretty true to how I colored it.

Anyway. Another tablet-practice for me. (See. PRACTICE.) :p Never the less, it's also a gift for Courtney. Cause..she like rocks :D And Voodoo is a fun character to draw.

Basically the old saying is you Can't Out Run Death.. (in ref to Voodoo)... but ..you sure can try :) Considerin' I'm doing some of these projects so I can learn. I like how this came out. The grass nearly drove me bloody nuts doing it.

Ezili means "Guardian of Love" It's fitting. Her character as interweaved with Courtney's creole-creations.. would be a guardian of ideal love.

For the first time, I used layers.

The problem with it is the fact what you do in photoshop is SO much lighter than what is seen -out- of the program. It's odd. C_c;

Eitherway. I originally wasn't gonna finish nor develop this character. Courtney, Hellcorpceo of DA, had made a character named Voodoo. Well I was so taken with the name I wanted my own cajun themed horse.

Courtney also have me some colorin' tips. So I applied'em n' tried to see if I couldn't create a decent picture. Am very disappointed at how dark this is opposed to how it is. Grisgris is inspired by a lot of voodoo dolls and relects I did when I did research (bones in the skin inspired by Spawn's creator's "Voodoo Queen" sculpture/toy.

A remake of an old image.

Mouse and tablet colored -- This was a coloring practice-sheet for myself. I doodled it. .Struggled with the body for -HOURS- because I'm a loser like that @_x;

Anyway. Yea. I personally like the face and hair.. While I do have knitpicks.. and I know others might, I want -NO- critque as I did this for a learning process to better my skills on the tablet.

Frisket in Psylocke-gear. Is it me, or does Frisket look snazzy with purple hair? XD Probably the whole purple-yellow complimentary color thing going on. :D

I actually learned a lot from this image. My profilic image of Synnovea I uploaded earlier came after this image. I did this doodle in class. (Personally love how the feet came out.)

I wanted to practice the figure and this was my first doodle. Yes. I know there are glaring errors -- One being the 'slouched' look to her. Like I said. This is practice and practice is to learn. :}

Hope people understand that those that do practice with doodles, learn an extreme amount rather than jus' copying other's works n' the like ^_^ Live. Learn. Draw.

I decided it was important to practice angles of the body. For "turn around" poses. I picked Synnovea..as she seemed to be a real fun character to draw. Synnovea, as many know, is a belyaev (Russian bred fox) fox.

Her main theme is "Guardian of Light".. hence the "light" symbol on her armor. :) Just a little practice. Used the tablet to play with subtle textures/colorin...

Earlier in the year I was requested to do a Patch of the upcoming " Klondike derby- "Beartown Expeditions 2005" " that is held in Great Barrington, MA.

I designed the patch for this year (Tyler did the measurements n' stuff) and it was used for this years patch for Boyscout Troop 23 of Great Barrington, MA.

So yea. If you see it. You can say you know the artist who did it ^_^

With Valentines Day fast approaching, I took it upon myself to design a pony that is romantic without being cheesy. Hasbro lately has ... not been up to expectations and I felt I could do just as well as their designers, if not (cockily said :P ) better. At least when it comes to some of their latest designs.

I wanted something that rivaled the mail order "Rapunzel" pony of the 80's, and out came Love Potion. I'm talking with people to make her a real pony -- Using a bait Gusty, and entwining her hair with dark pink or dark red tinsel. Diamond dust red glitter will be applied to the smoke-heart.

Jus' playin' around. I was really surprised how much I had liked the figure in my 'Werewolf Guardian' sketch.

I decided to develop him into a more lasting character. Doodled a few facial expressions, testing the waters both for the semi-realistic face, as well as the fact he's male.

I wanted a werewolf character that was unique.. IE: Not a wolf that's able to stand two legged and delved back towards Egyptian Gods and the more human bodies. While he has the large clawed hands and highly wolf-face..his body is very..humanistic. No slumped postures, human-based anatomy, and fairly 'tall' standing.

Tutorial Guide on how to draw Halo (or similiar equines)

Sort of a doodle I did... I've been on vacation for 2 weeks and I feel...rusty. I've a lot to do..includin' a trade, contest prizes, and a -lot- of gift art that is just sitting in a pile waiting to be finished. A lot is sitting on my plate that doesn't deal with art.. and I guess this is how I sorta feel. I feel blank and a bit out of the dark.

However, things always brighten in the end. :) Anyway. Jus' a little doodle of Frisket.. playin' with coloring techniques a slight bit...
