She's a new character I came up with. Try not to look at her feet, I fail at drawing people feet well! She's based of off one of my favorite fish, a redtailed catfish.

For a friend of mine I just met, Veelus. He is awesome. This is his fursona... shi is very fun to draw. Anywho, it was a gift because Veelus was very very nice to me. :D
