Question. Who and what is Rensis/Sysko?
Answer. He's an original species I created called the "Arcyolupes" (Ark-EE-Yo-Loo-Pus). I guess if you tried to compare it to an exsisting animal you'd have to combine a canine/feline/marupial. He's my alter-ego. He's undead, not a zombie or vampire, just not living and not dead.

Q. How did you come up with the name "Mottenfest"?
A. Mottenfest means "moth-proof" in German and I have a strong personal connection with moths.

Q. How long have you been drawing?
A. I've been drawing ever since I could hold a pencil. I started taking it seriously around 1999-2001 when I found the fantasy art site called Elfwood. Since then it's become my main hobby and sometimes a source of income here and there.

Q. Will you draw me something?
A. I don't do requests, I just don't have the time. I do, however, accept commissions and sometimes trades.

Q. I love this one drawing in your gallery... Can I use it for a tattoo?
A. No. If you want an custom image, please order a commission. Besides, wouldn't it be more fun to have your own personal design? ;3

Q. Can I do some fanart of your characters?
A. Yes, I'd love it! I'm big on collecting art, so if you draw up something for me, please show me. If possible, I'd love to have the original too, so I can add it to my art binders (of love).

Q. Can I use your artwork on forums/Neopets/MySpace/etc...?
A. No. I've been having a lot of problems with people taking my images and characters for use in role playing games or imitating me. It's fairly insulting and I don't care for such behaviour. Please be respectful.

Q. How do I pay for a commission?
A. I accept paypal, money orders, and well hidden cash (at your own risk). I only accept US$ currency. Contact me for details.
