We often joke around with the idea that Kit is a "Demon Child" in the Menagerie… I was musing about this one evening and suddenly got an idea as to what she may look like if she was anything of the sort. This Drake is displaying warning colors (Red for "Stay away", and white to grab attention) using the chromataphores and phospholipids that cover its wing membranes. This picture is what I call "National geographic" because I'm not usually the kind to draw lots of gore and such, and it sounds a little nicer than saying "Gory." \r\n

Too bad my anatomy still seems off... bleaugh. This picture turned out okay… I ended up carrying a calendar to school for reference for it… lotsa fun. A friend and I had been talking about butterflies and such… and I ended up with this. Originally, he was gonna be covered in them… but in the thumbnail it took away from the pic.

The wolf in this is Thornwolf, and she had recently said that she doesn't really wear ears and a tail like a lot of the fur community does… partially because she doesn't have a decent pair… and that… right next to Easter… well, I couldn't help myself. This blasted comic book unfortunately was an experiment in computer coloring skills for me, and was done long before this was done… I could only wish that the quality of the comic was as "good" as this.\r\n
