This is the third drawing in my "Night Fears" series... and if you couldn't tell by now, all the text are actually quotes from some place. This one is the most recognizable to most people, being from the Simpsons.

This is the fourth and final drawing in my "Night Fears" series, unless I decide to do more. This one also tends to be the most popular one, for some reason.

This is the first drawing in my "Night Fears" series... a series of drawings where I just sat down with a blank piece of paper and a sharpee marker and drew for about twenty minutes... and these lovely monsters came out. There was no premeditation for these drawings, no pencil sketches. It was almost as if they brought themselves into being, since I had no real idea what I was doing when I sat down, and couldn't erase anything I did. I actually really, really like these. They have a kind of energy to them that the rest of my drawings lose when I work and over-work them.

I originally sat down to draw a different picture, but I could tell within ten minutes that everything I was trying to do would turn out like crap. So, instead, I picked up a pen that I don't use very often and I just drew this, no pencil lines, or anything. Just a very quick, very freeing sketch... and I actually really like how it turned out.
