Shifters are descendents from a natural lycanthrop, and a human breeding. WOTC finally gave furs a playable furry race! It is completely and utterly out of print, and hard to find, but I took the initiative to convert it to D20 rules, and meant to do more illustrations for it but never got around to it…\r\n\r\nThis one is a raccoon engineer and my favorite of the set, he is in a state of repairing something to advanced from my small brain…\r\n\r\nEnjoy.\r\n

The band across the top of his head is a communications headset, and the rest is blaa blaa blaa…\r\n\r\nEnjoy.\r\n

I was reading a book on the spirituality of the artist called "The Artist Way", and one of the exercises was to give the demon that tells you, you are a failure a physical image (the demon called the Censor). It could be anything, this gives you power over it. I was happy with the pic, but the person it looks like is not. *Shrug* oh well... \r\n\r\nEnjoy.\r\n

This one didn't come out so well. Many of the of the details are lost. The story that the image is of hit me hard, it was inspiring… Expect another excellent book when this on comes out. "One Pissed Elven Mage" 30" x 40" Oil on canvas.\r\nThis is a revisit to an older concept, I painted this idea in college in 1993 ten years ago in July (Here's the older version http://www.rakune.com/oddities/3pissed.jpg). I did this to show what ten years of study, practice, and dedication can do. A D&D type elf mage cast a spell out of anger, and pain, what can I say I'm a gamer geek. \r\n

"K-9 Unit" 16" x 20" Oil on masonite. I started this one as a sketch over a year ago, and only just recently turned it into this... A semi futuristic unit of German Shepard's, approach a tense situation. I will admit this one really tested my patients multiple characters are like little multiple paintings. Been doing allot of oil painting lately, and sense oils take so much time (this one 3 weeks) I haven't produced much. So this is it till I do more furry/were stuff. *Grin*

"Self Loathing," 18" x 24" Oil on masonite. I have never been comfortable with my appearance, who I'am, or even what I'am. I have refused to ever do a self-portrait as a result. I finally did one, and it was very therapeutic. Especially, when painted in Oils, that media will test your patients. The hand has just finished touching my face, leaving it with feelings of self-loathing, which I project at the viewer... Unfortunatily this reproduction darkened the background and lost the edge and the shadow of the black shirt...
