She is NOT a magic user. It is rare, but not unheard of, for an animal to be able to harness the static electricity that its fur collects. She is a Kitfox, a desert animal, but seems to have something with a thicker fur some were in her liniage. This thicker fur is a magnet for static electricity caused by the dry, hot desert air.
