This is finnish, and means real men don't cry. The person is a buffed version of the former Finnish presiden Urho Kaleva Kekkonen whom many consider the perfect example of a man. The dragon represents two sides, dragons in different cultures are considered either as protectors or the embodiments of satan itself. This is my take on the male finnish culture of boosting their ego by hurting other people.

This has been fixed a million times with photoshop and still not quite right. The colored version will be yet again, fixed. Her right hand needs some serious work.
