This is Alizara from the Napping Cat's Dream forum. I'm not good at drawing dragons, but I wanted to make a picture for her to hopefully cheer her up.

Its a sketch I did of Salen, ferret thief, done in a Final Fantasy-esque style. This one is more FF7ish, but I'm sure you can find a bit of other Final Fantasies in there too... Plus, Buster Swords are cool.

Done in bluepencil, and adjusted with Photoshop to make it easier to see.

A friend drew Salen, the ferret thief, as a gargoyle. It was a cool sketch, so, I made a version of it. I like the way it came out. :) I might have to finish and color it.

Its my newest giftart for the Napping Cat's Dream forum. This is Fantasyforever, dressed up in a Red Mage outfit. Now she's Final Fantasyforever. Basically I keep saying her name as 'Final Fantasy' instead of 'Fantasyforever'. She's a kitty with wings.

Here's Salen, ferret thief, decked out in Final Fantasy-esque garb. And you can't have FF without a Buster Sword in there. Probably one of my favorite weapons of all time. I love the ankle and wrist cuffs, showing that the ferret probably escaped from some prison. How appropriate for a thief.

While trying to find a new look for Salen, I started playing FFTA and FFX-2. So I tried a redesign of Salen based on the idea he would be a gunner and not a thief. I love the goggles. Yes, one of the pant legs is longer as well. Its an FF thing. Or not. *shrug* I like it though.

A better close up of the gunner version of Salen. Ferrets and goggles go together very well. Not sure if I like the collar of the vest though. Its just a test sketch mostly.

Another Halo Sketch. This time its Fluri from the Gaming Guardians forum. She's a mouse, and only about 2 or 3 inches tall, but here she is armored up, next to a reference sketch to help me figure out how to draw her.

Phoenix, my phoenician character, sketched up in Halo Spartan II armor. More of a suggestion to be made. The sketch is more just to work out the avian 'look' and 'wings' with the armor. Maybe I should try again...

I played too much Halo and watched to much RedvsBlue.com, so I decided to draw Salen the ferret in the Master Chief armor. This was more of a test to learn to draw actions better.

Another sketch of Salen in Halo Spartan II armor. This time the ferret is sans helmet, and using the Assault Rifle, mostly because its the only way he might hit something.

After drawing the Halo version of Salen, my friend wanted me to draw his malamute character in the same style. So here he is with pistol and sniper rifle. I'd like to blame VG Cats as well for inspiring this picture.

Its another sketch of Heke and Yokai, the conjoined rats from FurryMuck. Note to Self: Three Legged Characters are hard to draw. This was more just a test to see if I could draw a more full sketch of the twins.

Here's the conjoined twin rats, Heke & Yokai of Furry Muck. This is just a test sketch to work out how to draw rats, and conjoined ones at that. The picture's more non-anthro than they really are, but I like the look.

Its another request from the Napping Cat's Dream Forum. This is Keiran, a blue raccoon. Been thinking of doing a more stylish, combat and fighting oriented pictures, which is why he has the staff, but I wanted him to look calm, like he's just wandering.

Just a Kuvvy I sketched up a few days ago. Kuvvys are the anthro dragon race seen in the comic at www.altermeta.com. Its a good comic. Go read it. Anyways, this is the line art I did. I'll have it colored later.

Salen, ferret thief, vs. a skiltaire in a dash for the "shiny". This is actually a piece I'm doing as a request. The request was for something with a skiltaire. Thats it.

No, not the Matrix. This is a new version of Salen the ferret thief. This is Salen, a few years older, and a bit more dangerous. Its partly influenced by Aoshi from Rurouni Kenshin, and his long coat he wears.

After playing too much Pokemon Colosseum, I decided to draw Salen the ferret thief, with Wes' Snag Machine, or a slightly altered variant anyways. I like the coat a lot.

Salen the ferret, shows up again dressed similiar to Wes from Pokemon Colosseum. Snagging pokemon is perfect for this thief turned trainer.

Its Rhan and Lav. They're siamese twin kitsunes. As a note, Rhan's on the right side and Lav's on the left.

Just a little late Valentines present for Tevon. Rhan in his fox form just trying to show Tevon he cares for the big bear. Probably the cutest sketch I've ever done to date.

A sketch of a malamute jedi, for a friend. Very rough, but I was just trying to figure out how to draw a malamute decently. I like the way the hair comes over the eyes though.

This is a sketch for a friend, Snowdrift. He wanted to have his malamute character all styled out like Spike from Cowboy Bebop. Other than lacking coloration, the sketch is just what he wanted.

Here's Salen as an oriental dragon instead of his usual ferret self. Note the ferret facial mask.

This is a full body stylesheet for ferret Salen. I figured I'd try and get a uniformed look for him, and try and make him look a bit more ferrety. Not sure if I like the results, but they'll work for now.
