Thank god for higher education. \r\n\r\n(Check out http://www.furaffinity.net/view/150110/ for details on this character, who's taken over my drawing life lately.)

I drew this illustration for "Movie Night," a steamy short story by KalebFenoir in which his fox Kuro gets together with Sheila and Min for an innocent evening of relaxing in front of the tube (yeah, right). Min is (tm) RedStaR99, Kuro is (tm) his player, Sheila is (tm) Roochak, and the story is posted @ http://www.playmouse.com/Forums/viewtopic/t=555.html

Chris gets pounced by Goldie, and something tells me these boys are about to become more than just good friends...\r\n\r\nThe characters belong to, respectively, Serath and Unicorn Praeceptor, and are drawn & posted with their permission.

The first of my art trades with the delightful artist/writer Holly Frost is a tale of escalating clothing theft...

"Sheila In the Garden" -- my half of an art trade with master pin-up artist Dave ("DAQ") Cantero. (His gorgeous portrait of my skunkette Genevieve is posted at Playmouse.)

Some of you may recognize this (unnamed) beach boy from my first T-shirt, which only recently sold out. I'm now working on a design for my second shirt, which will feature a certain sultry black feline...

"Lai'iya Meets Her Makers" -- The rabbit who takes center stage in the "Otter River" erotic story cycle captures my attention like no other bunny. I credit it to Lai's complexity as a character, the terrific dialogue her creator D'Otter writes for her, the richness and unfolding detail of the world of the stories (which you can read on Furtropolis and in the Playmouse Forums), and oh yeah -- the passion, abandon, and power games of her all-too-human sex drive. \r\n\r\nLai'iya is a trademark of D'Otter; "D'Otter" and "Roochak" are trademarks of their players.

I drew this congratulatory pic at Anthrocon for Playmouse, which had just reached a five million hit milestone. Megan the Megavixen was named by D'Otter, and created by yours truly.

Playmouse passes the 20k member milestone, to Genevieve's approval. This is only my second drawing of her; the first was dedicated to Shamira, Sabrina, the Skunk Sisters, and FiFi LaFume, who together make the skunkettes that follow them all but irrelevant.

The lovely Passion Cat requested a WWII bomber art glamour pose, although this kinda image would more likely be painted on the inside landing gear door than the nose of the plane. Musn't upset the public, y'know...\r\n\r\nPassion Cat is (c) her player.
367x360 46788 bytes 2005.01.07
An unwavering love of and dedication to erotic art has made the artist what he is today.

Pentmouse's Clarissa is better known for hardcore pics than hard rock playing, but I like to imagine her as a pretty good musician in her free time.

The inspiration for KalebFenoir's short story, "The Picnic," was this drawing of his fursona Kuro, playing with Sheila. Things quickly heated up in the succeeding pics...

Pencil portrait of my friend, interlocutor, model, and muse, Passion Cat.

Redrawn and rescanned, here's Melissa, the Bettie Page of cartoon mice, and the mascot of www.playmouse.com. (Thank you, Chip 'n Death, for creating her!)
659x946 151740 bytes 2004.12.03
Now, isn't this better looking than the last version I'd posted here? Clarissa, the very well read Pentmouse mascot, is (c) Ixbalam, and when she's not posing for school library posters, you can find her @ www.playmouse.com.
784x547 88438 bytes 2004.12.03
Thank you, Spike Lee and Rosie Perez, for the ice cube scene in "Do the Right Thing." A freshly remastered drawing of Melissa, the Playmouse mascot, who is (c) Chip 'n Death.

"The Muse of Ocean Beach," starring Melissa, the Playmouse mascot. This was my quadruple tribute pic to Bettie Page and Marilyn Monroe, and their photographers (two of many), Bunny Yeager and George Barris. (Melissa is (c) Chip 'n Death, and yes, the seascape is deliberately visible through two of the figures.)

Clarissa, the Pentmouse mascot, is (c) Ixbalam; Melissa, the Playmouse mascot, is (c) Chip 'n Death; and this is what my pages looked like back when I was still inking them.

A character sketch of Carol Pepper, a vivacious and super-hot ratgirl from Steel Ankh's trilogy, "Additional Related Training", "The Forfeit", and "Departure Lounge." The stories (beautifully written and totally steamy) can be read @ http://www.havemercyplz.co.uk/furry.htm

Sheila Ann Lacy, actress, critic, and porn star, answers the insane, malevolent hand puppet, Dogbreath Johnson, in some opening lines by the philosophical terrorist of Christianity, Soren Kierkegaard.

Just an idle, neo-Marxist reflection on our urge to acquire artistic commodities, as if hoarding them was synonymous with appreciation, as if appreciation itself wasn't part of a larger shell game of class and status. By the way, I love jazz.
