The cougar character is yet unnamed, but is very much likely here to stay.

He's based on a character within a contact-juggling act in Cirque du Soleil's 'Dralion' performance. The man is beautiful and I swear MUST be a cat at heart.

I do not own Cirque du Soleil. The man who does the performance is named Viktor Kee, and I'm VERY VERY tempted to name this cute thing as such.

The image is originally by Silver Maximus(Now known as Solstice), I took it into photoshop to ink and color.

A badge for Solstice, as she's going to kindly let me use her laminater for badges and such. The character is a brindled akita mix of some sort, so I hope I at least got the idea of 'brindle' across.

When completely drawing a blank or the character doesn't yet have a name...always turn to Latin. "Wolf Demon".

This is a trade half for Solstice, of a demon guy she's been daydreaming of lately. I tried a more scribbly style and it actually looks pretty cool to me. <_<

Solt

My trade half with Runihara, of his alternate persona/character Solt the deer. He's sort of a nondescript deer species, so I ended up modeling him somewhat after an elk since Runi draws him with similar fairly straight antlers. This is one of my favorite pictures and one of my better colored pencil experiments. It also features metallic gold highlights and corner decor.

Last badge for tonight. If I do a badge for one member of a household, I might as well do a badge for another member of the same household. This is for Runihara.

Solt is a deer, I think I did better with the deer features this time. It wasn't in his reference, but I did a more white-tailish nose with the black muzzle markings. Hope it's ok.

Drawing based on a photo from my biology book, and a big fat bird that parked his feathery butt outside the classroom window. :P

I normally can't draw birds, I'm surprised I got the wings right... Help on bird legs/feet and their flight feathers would be greatly appreciated. x.X

Our rennaisance festival (Carolina Rennaisance Festival) has a particular tent called the House of Play. They teach you the art of Sphereplay, which you can learn more about at [link].

Basically though, Spyke is exceptionally addicted. I had to draw it once. XP

Spyke and I are planning on Egyptian costumes for this coming Halloween. I LOVE and adore all that is Egyptian and couldn't resist having some fun when he said he wanted an Egyptian man-skirt for Halloween(Exact wording). X3 Hot isn't he?

It's all marker except the eyes, which are photoshop. Does anyone know how to color hazel eyes with markers OR photoshop?

Spyke, before he cut his beautiful hair, the last picture drawn before it was cut. He's going into the National Guard and buzzed it, so it won't hurt as much when they cut it at boot camp. I still miss it.

I hate the anatomy, the arms are too small, the sword isn't straight and the handle isn't long enough, the boots are weird(His left foot isn't placed quite right), but in the long run...I like eet. Just because he would be an even greater hottie to me in a costume like this. Purrrr. ;3 I plan on making him one for this year's Rennaisance Festival.

Part of an assignment for Design, which involved making different shaped lines for different ideas or emotions, then creating a picture out of them.

A slightly annoyed rams-horned tiger listens to a dragon girl's stories. Whether they're from the book or not is in question.

Marker. Marker marker marker. And HOLY CRIPES A BACKGROUND. A few things I tried: Atmospheric perspective, storybook clouds, and water that looks like water. And plants that aren't detailed, yet recognizably plants. I kinda like the red-blossomed clover patches.

An old sketch of Luke I recently found in a .psd file I had never finished. So...I finished it tonight. This is probably the last finished piece of art I will do for awhile, at least until school starts for me on August 2nd.

Luke is a golden retriever/wolf hybrid mix who's always trying to turn his life around...it feels for him like every time he manages to make it one step forward, something else puts him two steps back.

Something Sakara said to him however always pops back...Do you judge your life by your successes or your failures?
