Its of her dog, Skipper, who's a Cardigan Welsh Corgi. It was scanned over at Renee's house and I colored it at home, I left most of the texture in the background, adding shading so it looked like he was standing against a dirty wall. But he's changed so many times since I made him up. This was intended to be a "healed-over" picture of him. .. most the stitches are gone, but his face won't ever have the skin heal back over it. Don't worry, the nerve endings are gone. Poor thing. He's also blind. His only eye is made of glass. Taxidermy and artwork (c) Sara Howard. Today (May 1st) is my birthday.

I still am not sure what to put in the background square. Every time there was a pause or a break in conversation, he'd announce to the room "We're all gunna die!" ... sooo, one day I announced that he could die, and we can all live. and everyone thought it was funny so I was determined to draw it. This picture was drawn fairly large, I had to scan it in 2 parts. I'm really happy with it. I plan to use it for something cool once I color it.
