A metting in my garden, where of course only ungulates are allowed. Non-ungulates are quickly fixed to correct the defect, and so here are the ungulate versions of the avatars of some friends of mine. From left to right: my avatar Reindeer, wapiti version of striped hyena Sans Souci, roe deer version of Opal Weasel, and antelope version of chakasa Fuocoblu. You may also see specimens of kudu crook and (dead) moose mouse, two common animals in ungulate gardens.

This one is actually a bit illogical, as it has been pointed out to me: teeth get consumed too, especially if used that way (besides of the usual anatomy errors etc.). Doh. Well, but, the idea was too cute, so I'll pretend is some very very tender wood. :-) Apprentice thinking can be a bit misleading...

Chakasa Fuocoblu just helped a mother through a complicated birth far from their village. The cub needed a bit of reanimation, but at last, hi breathes... and looks around. Pencils over Pantone (and larger than usual sheet). The fur still looks odd and a bit unnatural, but it's the first time I'm actually satisfied with it. :-)

Bridal gown for taurs, with some fractal decorations in this case, since chakasa like them. ^_^ The tailor is a robotic African Weaver Bird, altough they are made to be very lifelike.

A little odd slice of life from the setting I'm developing. Among the Selenai, wolves and reindeers living in symbiosys, deflowering is a public ceremony performed by a member of the opposite sex and species.

Who said all furries are young & cute? This pic is the result of a challenge by Sharpfang. Asked me to draw a lionness who looked _really_ old and weak, instead of the rather young hermit I had put in one of my comics. Well, here's the result. She sure had seen better days.

- Only the leader can mount the females in oestrus and reproduce (females far from heat can choose to make love with others of the team), so the leader have to allow the other males to mount him to help them relive their sexual tension and needs when the females are in heat
- The election mounting is for remembering that the team is just one thing, they are "joined", a team is like a pack: they have to be close to each other and help each other in difficult situations
- The leader has to decide things for everybody, so he must know everything and he must have experinenced everything. He has to know what it means to be mounted, and not just what it means/feel to mount females

A bit of experimenting going on lately... this is the first picture after I've revised most of the way I handle anatomy (and a bit of the way I draw fur). There'd be many things to fix in the cougar but overall I like a lot how it turned out. Again pencil over Pantone.

Computers are getting quite essential... use your algorhytms well...

Tiger lovers in the snow, my first attempt to draw actually realistic fur. The tiger on the right is supposed to be non-anthro but it doesn't show much! Also the color is a bit different than it was on paper (overall much brighter) due to my scanner doing silly things with colors. But overall I like the result.

A peculiar gryphon species created with genetic engineering. The blue parts are phantom limbs, just like those felt by some amputee people, but they are permanent and fully functional; they are quite handy in the VR environments common in their future, and also for controlling electronic devices. However their flesh front legs are prehensile too (thumbs not much visible here) and they may walk perfectly on either two or four legs. Their moves are pretty feline overall.

Horse centaurs are often drawn as bulk and a bit stiff so I tried to show some with a more flexible body. Probably they are not too large.

Later they kept the foal, but taught him a holy respect for condoms and other birth control media as he grew up.

Expressions study: a wolf in a situation which doesn't properly boost the ego... done in watercolors and pencil. I don't like too much the final background and fur patterns, will have to work on these aspects.

A human girls discovers with some surprise that her summer friend - an anthro orca she tought female for several days - is actually a male. Blame poor knowledge of cetacean anatomy...
