I can't really say what prompted me to do this; it just came from some mental musing on darkness and cool tones. This is Lee, a lady I've been meaning to draw for a while now. I was going for a more "angular" shading than I usually use, and got a nice hard shiny look for it.

it occurred to me that a crested caracara would be a neat thing to draw, and I wanted to try hands that were more "winglike."

Unfortunately, this lady is not a "true" crested caracara. There are no adverbs; there is no spoon. Still, she's not bad for something that took me all of, oh, an hour.
