Well, basically, Ras has been depressed lately, having to go through some difficult trials, and it's made him go a little crazy. That pathetic maniac cheerfulness... and a bit of a Rocky Horror fashion sense... Hopefully it'll pass.

So, it came and it went. My mom gave me a resin gargoyle, and a nice dinner out, so at least I had something to do. Other than that, I spent my birthday being bombarded with 9/11 memorial blather that had very little to do with reality.
So much negative stuff happened during the 7 days leading up to the 11th I can't begin to explain, but I thank the handful of people who were able to be cheerful for me.

I've gone back and done stuff to his boots. When I drew them originally I had never taken a real proper look at the soles. So I was going without reference. I have repented.

I like the spiral beaded earrings, but I've made some mistakes with them. I also like the plastic pearl 'wallet chains', and the tail bindings. But I don't claim to own any of them.

This is a dual experiment, in realism, and in attempting the classic Lycanthrope look. I think I could have done a better job with certain things, like the light-colored markings on the rump and chest.

She's the same type of Dragon as Skalez, which I called 'Pocket Dragons'. This was, of course, long before the windstone type Pocket Dragons, or Pocket Monsters of any kind.

My mom thought it was funny that I named one of them 'Flaymer'. Took me a while to figure out why...
